Full discloure we are a service provider operating in the same sector as Jodie, Alice and their team. I've not met them personally but the quality of their interactions with the industry and their commitment to raising standards has turned our heads at our company. Full respect to them. It's a tough industry and we're all not perfect. And yet, these guys raise the bar. Finally, their commitment to staff safety is clearly industry-changing. Hats off! 🎩

There is a communal Footpath leading to my front steps that has been crumbling into 8" holes and breaking up for at least eighteen months at a rapid rate of Deterioration from the use of a Salt Bin in close proximity. There have been many trip ups and even a fall in the darkness. The Management company have been completely negligent to the Safety of not only residents using this pathway but also that of Tradespeople that enter supplying an appropriate service to Residents. Before taking over our development they made it clear they were aware of the deterioration of the footpath with many promises of repair/upkeep, none have come to fruition!

Property maintenance
I had an issue regarding an external vent on my property than needed to be sealed . I contacted Fraser Allen and they responded quickly, Alice was brilliant and got the issue resolved for me.

Unconfirmed spending
This company’s customer service is awful and they give no confirmation of where they spend homeowner’s money. I have asked them to fix the roof in an apartment building for a year and a half to no avail. This has now caused damage within the flat which they are refusing to fix. I have asked them time and again for six months to show me where our management money has been spent in the last two years to no avail. They take a huge amount of money every year and have absolutely nothing to show how they have been spending it.
Fraser Allen have suggested that this is all because I haven’t paid my service charge however they had service charge payments from all landlords in 2022 to fix this issue and nothing was done. They also refuse to provide proof of what previous payments were used for. Hence, I am reluctant to pay more towards a company who is clearly scamming me. The tenant has made himself available and contactable by both email and phone. The management company also do not need access to the flat in order to fix the roof so their reply is entirely false.
I have paid for 2023 as you seem to be using that as an excuse for not sending me accounts and not doing the job you are paid to do. I look forward to seeing results you seem suggest would have happened if I had paid….
UPDATE:
it is interesting that the company has said they had contacted the freeholder, which when i contacted them today, this was also a complete lie.
The company say that the issue has been funds however i first contacted them in June 2022 and they had my full 2022 payment along with the other landlords' payments, however still didn't do a thing about it.
My tenant has not been contacted despite the company having their email and phone number.
As above, i would be grateful if you could not try lie your way out of this and be "accurate in what you write". You had a year to fix this, i'd say i have been very patient, don't you?

As a former employee
As a former employee of Fraser Allen (left on great terms) I find it extremely hard to read the false comments made by disengaged disgruntled clients.
The team at Fraser Allen literally commit everything to their clients to ensure they receive the best service possible.
I was not going to leave a review as an ex employee , but after learning of Jodies hospitalisation, I felt I had to.
I know who this phantom review is, and I know of his horrid intentions.
Fraser Allen commits to their clients but, also have a responsibility to protect the mental wellbeing of their staff.

Please be very careful and stay away from this company. They’re extremely incompetent and unprofessional. It’s a shame I cannot award 0 stars.
As of yesterday, they’re trying to remove my review from this website by suggesting it is fake. They try to intimidate those who have shared their negative experience here by threatening legal action. I will not allow them to bully me.
