The main thing I can say is that...when you ask for something to be done or sorted it is. I can tick if off my list and know that Jodie and her team will ensure that the work is completed to the absolute best. All the staff, but especially Jodie are so commitment to everything they do it. Easy to communicate with, fast to respond, quality and care in everything they do. I can't recommend Fraser Allen enough.

I've worked with the team at Fraser Allen Estate Management for well over two years consistently. I have found them to be professional and deeply caring in all that they do. This is a difficult sector (I work a lot in property) with many strong characters and you are dealing with people and their homes. Sometimes things go wrong and I've only ever seen this team try to deal with the good and the bad in a professional and thought through manner. I've also seen them deal with bullying behaviour and intimidating tactics both online and in person. I applaud Jodie the MD's stance against bullying and her commitment to the safety of lone workers in the property world. Jodie and her team listen and they learn - and in 2023 they will celebrate working with clients who are of a like mind.

I am writing this review after seeing what others have written.

This is an awful awful company. Our experience was very similar to the last reviewer. We discovered that our funds were not kept separate from other clients, this was found out only after repeated requests for our bank statements. It was at this point we found out that rather than have a surplus of funds, all our monies had been spent and more so. When we appointed a new firm of managing agents, their request for up to date accounts etc were ignored numerous times, Finally we had to instruct lawyers to help sort out the mess.

As another example, the company we used to clean the our windows before Fraser Allen were appointed, this contract was cancelled by them. Immediately afterwards they we reappointed to do the exactly same job but this time through a 3rd party maintenance company. The cost of the window cleaning went up by approximately 3 times!

I have never experienced a service like this before from any property management company. This industry needs to be regulated to ensure customers are protected.

Be warned It is very common to be threatened with legal action by this company (like the last reviewer has been) if anyone posts a negative review.

As the company have updated their response to my honest review, it is important to point out that they seem to accuse everyone of harassment or abuse.

The previous reviewer referred to information held at companies house. I would strongly urge you to have a read of this companies most recent accounts.

Without a doubt the best block management company I have dealt with. Jodie and her staff are always helpful and friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure things are dealt with.

When I moved into my property, Fraser Allen had not received the relevant information from the solicitor and therefore issued the service charge demand to the previous owner.

I contacted them to discuss, and within 24 hours a new demand was issued, I had all of the relevant paperwork that I needed and the team were so helpful. Everyone from the call handlers to the accounts team couldn’t have been more helpful.

I thought it would be really stressful to resolve but it wasn’t.

I write as a supplier to Fraser Allen Estate Management. They are deploying Fixflo's repairs and maintenance software to make it easier for residents in their managed buildings and developments to report repairs with accurate information and for them to keep track of issues, building compliance and communication. Being highly experienced and very people centric, Jodie and her team clearly care about what they do and how they do it. This review is a personal endorsement.

Fraser Allen is the go to company to do business with in respect of management of estates. Customer service is at the heart of their business and they treat each customer with the care and attention required.

Jodie managed the building where I live and I always find her responsive to ideas and quick to try and resolve any issues. She is approachable, professional and, unlike other management companies I've had dealings with, actually cares about the residents concerns within the block. I would be happy to recommend her and her company.

I've worked with Jodie and her team for a number of years now and I can say that they are the most efficient, kind and caring people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Jodie and the team go above and beyond, especially during Covid, to make sure that their community have everything they should possibly need.

A truly EXCELLENT, & well managed firm, who consistently demonstrate the very highest levels of integrity, efficiency, resolution and willingness to get the job done correctly and well! NOT just a slap-dash ‘anything will do’ approach, as is common to so many firms in this industry.

I cannot see that my previous review ever got posted (maybe it did and got taken down) Was with another management company for 16 years . Any queries dealt with straight away. Phone calls and e-mails always answered immediately. This company needs chasing at least 3 times before getting back to you. Cannot wait to move away.

I am writing this trustpilot review as my comments regarding Fraser Allen were removed from their Facebook page. I feel that the current reviews that can be seen on Fraser Allen’s website do not accurately reflect my experience with the company and it is only fair that others are not only subjected to reviews that have been filtered by Fraser Allen themselves but also to honest customer experiences. This review is not an attempt to bully or harass but simply to provide an honest, balanced, customer perspective.

Having been with Fraser Allen Estate Management for exactly one year, we chose to terminate our contract and go elsewhere at the end of November 2021.

Fraser Allen Estate Management made us empty promises, failed to send workmen, did not respond to telephone calls and emails and left bills from utility providers/surveyors/accountants unpaid, each of whom contacted us repeatedly with threats of legal action.

The difficulties that we faced with Fraser Allen caused a great deal of stress and frustration amongst homeowners within our block, all of whom can verify my review. We were left to placate irate contractors who weren’t paid on time as well as having to resolve other issues which should have fallen to the management company. Throughout this period it appeared from their continued social media posts that Fraser Allen had unfortunately chosen to prioritise expansion of their company at the expense of looking after the needs of their existing clients.

When we complained to Fraser Allen regarding their poor service we received an apology email but unfortunately nothing changed and the level of service didn’t improve. Needless to say we eventually terminated our contract with Fraser Allen and transferred to a new management company.

If you are looking for a new estate management company then my advise would be to go elsewhere and find a different company, one who is proficient at looking after estate management affairs. I would not recommend them as a company as they are, in my opinion, unprofessional, unreliable and disorganised.
