Absolutely brilliant, Always there for us, Answered our questions clearly.Sorted problems efficiently. We all were more than happy that they did the sale. Many people thought we would never sell as it wasn’t the easiest of properties to deal with.Thank you so very much William and Maddie .

Maddy from Fox Grant was highly responsive to all our questions/requests and dealt with the procedure of purchasing our property in Dec2021 with great care and attention. William was also very obliging and helpful during the viewing. Thanks again, fantastic team! Oliver & Sasha

I cannot praise highly enough William, Rose and the team at Fox Grant for the excellent, efficient and professional service they provided in selling our Farmhouse and small holding in record time

Very professional team at Fox Grant. The whole sale process was managed with excellent communication, attention to detail as well as a thorough understanding of the Equestrian/Smallholding market.
I would highly recommend if you are wishing to sell your property

The Fox Grant team did an excellent job with my house sale. Rose dealt with most of the viewings; she was very professional and put in a great deal of hard work on a succession of extremely busy viewing days. The team were always available to answer my queries. They kept me well informed at each stage of the sale and were always courteous and polite.

Hi, selling a house is always an ordeal but it was great to deal with a small, friendly team. Our main contact Maddie, was fantastic, and backed up by the senior team when needed. We got a good price for the house and would recommend Fox Grant for unusual country places!

Charlotte was a breath of fresh air amongst a sea of mediocre agents operating the area. She showed great knowledge on the area and sellers positions, also gauged our needs without much steer. Sadly our search came to a halt due a job relocation but we hope to resume the search with her again soon.

This was a lengthy and complicated purchase which was handled very competently by Maddie who was extremely helpful and well informed.
We were impressed by her efficiency and professional manner dealing with all parties involved. She was extremely proactive and communicated well keeping us informed at all times.
Many thanks to you.
We recommend Fox Grant and would definitely use them in the future.

The team at Fox Grant were efficient and so very helpful throughout the whole process, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Superb service. FG got the price we wanted and were at our backs, supporting and advising, all the way. “Going the extra mile” doesn’t begin to describe the service we were privileged to receive. I felt like trusted friends were working on my behalf. 10/10 would recommend.

Maddie from Fox Grant has been excellent helping us buy our house. Well informed, open, responsive and incredibly helpful. We went into our purchase eyes open thanks to the information she gave us at the viewing which saved an enormous amount of time and allowed us to do our research before making our offer. Delighted to have worked with them

Fox Grant, and in particular Charlotte Roberts-Barr, approached our house sale with utmost professionalism. Charlotte upholds the highest standards in the profession. We were always called after a viewing to give feedback, good or bad. Charlotte was able to organise the smooth organisation of the sale details and photographs with minimum input from ourselves for maximum effect, and was always totally honest with us. I would highly recommend using Fox Grant as your agent.

Purchased a property from Charlotte at Fox Grant Property Specialists on February 2021 and completed on June 1st 2021.
Charlotte and her Team kept us informed right from the start until the very end. We had a hiccup on the day of exchange as the owners decided to pull out from the sale. We were all devastated but after a week of negotiations with the owners, Charlotte and her Team manage to persuade them to carry on with the sale which they did and they expressed to us how sorry they were to have put us through all the upset. After an awful week of not knowing it turned out incredibly well.
Would like to thank Charlotte and her amazing Team for all the efforts that they put in on our behalf, we would not be in our new home without them.
We would not hesitate to use Fox Grant again in the future if we decided to sell. Many many thanks to you all again.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. William, Maddie and the team were professional at all times. Their knowledge, expertise and guidance was much appreciated. It took just 28 days from being marketed to completion which was an amazing result.

A friendly and professional service from Maddie who was super helpful in getting me through a particularly long arduous and difficult purchase. Her up beat optimism and calming assurances were much appreciated, as was the gift I received on collecting the keys Communication was great.

Fox Grant and in particular Maddie made the purchase of our new house so easy. I cannot recommend this estate agent enough, helpful and friendly staff and extremely professional. Maddie went above and beyond to help us throughout the purchase and when we completed she gave me the keys to the new house along with a box of goodies and a card from Fox Grant - little things that made the day even more enjoyable.

We found Fox Grant very helpful responsive and professional to deal with.
Exceeded our expectations and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I cannot recommend Charlotte and the team at Fox Grant more highly for the high standard of expertise, professionalism and customer service. Our house move was undoubtedly made easier due to their attention to detail and commitment.

fox grant highly recommend this company especially Liz she goes above and beyond always helpful and found us the house of our dreams
Liz never gave in it took a year or so but Liz kept us updated on every property that came close to our requirements got to say big thank u

Although the sale of our cottage seemed to take such a long time from an early offer accepted to exchange, we reached our goal at last and were helped every step of the way by the team at Fox Grant. Charlotte was always there for us, coaxing and encouraging in a very professional way. We really felt looked after and would recommend Fox Grant unreservedly.
