Definitely the best estate agents I've been with! Joanna is incredibly understanding and everyone there will do whatever they can do to help. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Robert Perry, Coral Manning and Jo North, with whom in particular we've had dealings, have been helpful as the interface between us as landlords and our tenant. Robert is diplomatic in emphasising joint responsibilities for keeping the property in good order, acting promptly to ensure that jobs are done, Coral is extremely proactive in her dealings with the tenant and Jo is very friendly and responsive to our queries. Good service overall!

Letting department will let you down. My experience was stressful, and they added no end of awful to my move. They lie to make a buck. Never again will touch them.

The whole team at Lamb & Co were truly amazing. Stand outs were Tony, Scott & especially Jo. Everyone was so helpful and pushed & pushed to get our purchase through. Great service from the whole letting team at Lamb & Co, from start to finish they have been very efficient and our flat was marketed the same day, then a viewing the very next day and a tenant signed up. Robert Perry has overseen the process with the contract side of things now performed electronically, we have been extremely impressed. No hesitation to use again and thoroughly recommend to other landlords.

Everyone from start to finish was really helpful and friendly. Any question I had was answered and any query/issue was sorted very promptly. Jo kept me up to date with everything as the process went along, phone calls and emails to keep me in the loop. She made the whole process a lot less daunting as a first time buyer which was amazing.
