Susan Payne Property Anmeldelser

As a buyer, when I put in an offer, I don't expect a phone call 20 minutes later, assuming I'm then the buyer and say "We've had an insulting offer"

As a company is absolutely abhorrent and will never view any of their properties or recommend the company ever again.

Susan Payne and her team have been so brilliant. They are very thorough and supportive . They have guided us through a sale which has been successful. Susan Payne and her team will go to every length to support their customers. Additionally they are personable and professional . I look forward to Susan Paynes estate agency on the Isle of Wight again . Many thanks .

We found Susan Payne property so easy and genuinely nice to deal with, all the staff were great, but a special mention for the lady who was dealing with our house purchase, jan tooley, she was so easy to speak with and kept us informed every step if the way.a great company

All of the staff at Susan Payne Estate agents were very efficient and helpful and made selling a property a real pleasure from the first valuation right through to completion. Susan valued the property herself initially, all of the staff came round so they knew the property ready for potential purchasers and then Jan kept an eye on the chain to ensure the sale remained on track.
Thank you for your helpful advice.

We cannot rate the service we received from Susan Payne Property highly enough.
The whole team worked very well together and with us too from start to finish, they demonstrated true professionalism, transparency and were friendly and courteous at all times.
We sold very quickly (great marketing) and were involved in a very tricky and lengthy chain which took considerable time and commitment with endless updates but nothing was too much trouble and the great level of customer service continued throughout.

The team could not have been more helpful, both in presenting the property to us, arranging follow up visits, and ensuring that the sale proceeded without a hitch and in timely manner, leading to exchange in just four weeks.

I can’t thank Jan from Susan Payne properly enough. I honestly would say it’s the best services and experience I’ve had from any estate agent on the Isle of Wight. Very personal, friendly and go above and Beyond to help you with anything you need. I am very grateful for everyone’s help and would highly recommend Thank you.

The service with Susan Payne was amazing . We felt very valued as customers and they made the process easy.

A really knowledgeable and friendly team. Jan Tooley especially is exceptional at navigating her way through the process and goes the extra mile to keep everyone informed and on-board. Thank you to everyone!

From our first viewing with Winnie, Susan Payne Property were so supportive. It was a long drawn out process due to our buyer but Jan Tooley stayed in contact and, in fact, it was through her tenacity that the exchanged happened in the end. I am very grateful for her support throughout. We cant wait to actually move in now. Thank you

Susan Payne and team provided a genuinely caring quality service in support of the immense stress caused by selling a house in a difficult market. They are proactive and their regular communication was crucial in bringing the buyers, solicitors and ourselves to exchange as soon as possible. You can tell that they work well as a team and their knowledge of the local market proved invaluable. Beautiful photos and write-ups as well. Sanity savers!

All the people who assisted us in the sale of our previous home were really helpful, Susan Payne has built a wonderful team, thanks to you all.
