Fox Grant Anmeldelser

Rose at F&G was fantastic throughout our latest purchase . Answered every call and helped us with viewings before ,as well as updates, during the whole process

Will be back for more! Thanks guys

Great personal focus on my needs as a client, and prompt sale. I was impressed how the agent set themselves a challenge to excel in price attained (and delivered)

Rose was brilliant to deal with, very efficient and easy to work with! It was a pleasure dealing with her! Thank you!

Charlotte was very professional and knowledgeable keeping me updated on the sale of my property from start to finish excellent estate agents I would highly recommend them

Rose Grant was amazing from start to finish. She was very friendly, professional, attentive and kept us informed throughout the purchasing process. We would have no hesitation in recommending Fox Grant for any future purchases.

Such an easy estate agent to deal with. No hard sale just facts about the property. Plenty of property and local knowledge. Excellent communication and very accommodating with appointments etc.

Liz Langford helped us through the whole sale process. She understands rural living and vets the clients before bringing them to your property. Liz is very proactive agent - if the other agents at Fox Grant are even 1/2 as good your property is in safe hands - Thank you

After rather a tentative start we were delighted that Rose took on the sale of our house with great gusto and successfully marketed it to the buyer within a month. Backed up by William and his 30 years experience we are thrilled that our much loved home has gone to a young family. Rose's entrepreneurial approach was key to finding the right match.

Fox Grant were on the ball from the start. Experienced and direct, they had a strong and detailed knowledge of the local housing market and what amounted a realistic asking price. Without question the least painful selling experience of my life, all conducted with the minimum of fuss and a reassuring smile.

Good Evening,

We are sat this evening in our new home and we are here thanks to the efforts of Liz Langford. She really went above and beyond to make sure a very complicated sale was seen through.
The sale was a complicated one without the added problem of us, the business partners. Throughout the whole process and the problems associated with it, Liz held it all together. No matter what day of the week or time of day she was there. I honestly think without her, we would not be in our lovely new home to this day. Even when tempers were running high, she kept working towards completing this sale. We cannot thank her enough.

We have enjoyed a superb working relationship with Maddie Standing-Gill and Charlotte Robert-Barr from Fox Grant.
It had been a decade since we had last worked with Estate Agents. Previous experiences with other Estate Agent companies had been pretty fraught.
However, our experience with Fox Grant has been truly exceptional.
We had not expected such a supportive, caring and diligent team as Maddie and Charlotte.
Their professionalism and their enthusiasm was such a perfect balance of support. They went over and beyond our expectations.
We like to publicly thank them for such a good service delivered. People like this reassure you that Estate Agents like Fox Grant are at the top of their game.

Excellent company to work with. Maddie was exceptional from the outset

Would definitely recommend

I would highly recommend Fox Grant, Rose & the team have just completed a sale for us & from start to finish the service was first class & they exceed the guide price which was a bonus. Rose was also able to offer advice on Solicitors & a design company that did a drawing of what the converted barn would look like.
A big thank to to Fox Grant.

Maddie Standing-Gill was the agent acting on behalf of the vendors of the property that we purchased through Fox-Grant. The chain was long and parts of the chain (not our part!) were unresponsive. Fox-Grant, and Maddie in particular, did an excellent job in keeping things moving and in communicating progress. She was extremely professional and responsive. Although we were purchasing through Fox-Grant, we would highly recommend them as selling agents.

Thank you Rose for being so prompt in your delivery on a 'closed bid' negotiation in which my husband and I bid. Obviously we are disappointed in the outcome but accept there can only be one 'triumphant'.
Your approach from the outset was professional and good natured which we appreciated. We look forward to the opportunity of working with you and the Firm in the future.

Excellent service from Maddie and the Salisbury team. Our home was marketed and under offer within a week! They were accurate with the valuation and good communication ensured we were kept informed throughout the conveyancing process. Highly recommend.

We would unreservedly recommend Fox Grant.
Every aspect of their service was exceptional and Maddie & Charlotte definitely went ‘the extra mile’ for us and dealt with any problems in a professional and positive manner.

From the get go Fox Grant we’re efficient, organised and extremely helpful with the sale of our business. Maddie was amazing to liase with, nothing was ever too much trouble. An overall enjoyable experience to work with this team.

Rose introduced us to the house we bought. She was tremendously knowledgeable about what she was selling, perceptive and helpful in a non-selling kind of way! :-) The whole team at Fox Grant were always lovely and unreservedly helpful.

Fox Grant were very efficient and conscientious in the sale of my property. It sold in 2 weeks!! They also helped in the negotiations on the property I have now bought. They made the stressful process of selling and buying much easier and all the office staff were very helpful and informative. Rose was my agent and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend their services.
