FoW were incredibly helpful with our recent car purchase. Ryan was brilliant, making everything clear and was also incredibly prompt with replying to emails, answering all of our questions. Visit - test drive - car bought
A huge variety of stock at the Winsford branch. Service and staff support throughout was brilliant! Ruby our salesperson was a genuinely lovely human being, down to earth, funny, helpful and also kindly borrowed me her charger for my phone. This is our second car we have bought from FOW.I have now a new red car and was able to take it the same day!

Staff friendly and efficient. Car sale turnaround quick and reliable. I am a new Customer for FOW and it definitely is a different experience than buying with a dealer. Less info on the vehicle just cover the basics. I think that could be improved. An offer of drink throughout the process also missing. Test drive smooth process. And final paperwork done quickly and with a friendly approach although not detailed. Overall I’m happy because I like the car chosen.

I went in on Sunday browsing for cars
I went in on Sunday browsing for cars, I met Dee, he was wonderful. Very patient, very helpful and gave me everything I needed to know about the car. With Dee’s help I ended up with a brilliant package deal on my car, I even had the car on Tuesday. It took Dee a day and a half to get my car sorted out for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help.

Easy to view a range of cars with no pressure and no salesmen following you around. Once we found a car easy to buy…just let them know at the outset that you don’t need all the added products and you know how you want to pay for it! E mails not responded to but all requests carried out on pick up. Fully charged for our journey home. Easy, efficient handover at pick up. Would definitely recommend and use again.
