Purchased a car back in January 2025, I was told the wet belt had just been replaced, moving forward 20k miles later and the wet belt had failed and caused additional damage to the crank, they had snapped multiple bolts in the sump and used bathroom silicone to hold it in, these guys are cowboys, also took a warranty out that means nothing due to the poor work carried out, I’ve not covered on the warranty so don’t be fooled by the 99 point inspection. I will never return there, they’re an absolute joke and won’t do anything to help despite overwhelming evidence of poor shoddy work carried out by there mechanics, clearly a cowboy is carrying out repairs in Coventry.

The whole process of buying a car was unbelievably easy, I went in with my old car and drove away in a new one. Callum greeted me on arrival and was so helpful, not pushy once, just listened to what I wanted in terms of style and aesthetics and what I needed in terms of practical everyday use. I sat in several cars and still ended up buying the first one he had shown me, as he got it spot on. From checks to the exchanging of keys, all staff were warm and welcoming, again, no hard sales techniques, no pressure, just the utmost professionalism.
I was able to drive my new car home on temporary insurance, with literally only my long term insurance to sort out.
Overall, a great buying experience, highly recommended.

From the moment we got their we was greeted by rob cross who exlleced in his job, took his time to show us the cars explaining in great detail which car would be best for what we wanted.
