Fountain Filters Anmeldelser

I received exactly what I wanted in good time at a reasonable price.

When I phoned to make an order, I didn't realise they were in Australia. Despite this, the owners arranged the order with the suppliers, and all with no fuss eventhough they were on holiday!
Fantastic service, pleasant and knowledgeable people to deal with.
Why would you go anywhere else?

A small but vital item required, an O ring. There were three different sizes and shapes but after my miss-ordering the wrong seals Lou replaced them immediately with the correct ones. Excellent service and care. Highly recommended. Derek Kersey

As company Fountain Filters represent very good water filtering industry. Leaving in London is tough, even lee valley river doesn't help and claimed by Thames water that is safe to drink you should drink one cup of water after one being filtered by house filter, obviously is safe compering it to water from Africa or Asia stright from tap but... I am being asked to leave feedback, so considering Simon knowledge in this field, is pleasure to buy somehow expensive Wras filters but you got what you are paying for.
Thank you!

I ordered an Oyster Taste and One Flow Hard Water Filter in August to replace a single filter unit as it wasn’t stopping our kettle furring up and water didn’t taste good. I’ve waited a couple of months before posting to see how it worked. What a transformation. No buildup in kettle looks same as it did on day 1. Water tastes fine as well. The whole experience was great with quick response to my questions and prompt delivery. Fitting was easy and the advice on the fittings was perfect.

I bought a three way tap as I was installing a water softner and water filter. The tap arrived quickly and appears to be a good quality. Simon was quick to reply to my query about the filter adaptor providing good information. Tap now installed and working beautifully. Would buy again from this company.

As always excellent service to go with very goods products

Brilliant service and great communication used many of times.. fast and efficient service

Thanks once again for your helpful, friendly and efficient service.

As per usual, excellent service at a very fair price. The filter arrived in a couple of days and was extremely well packaged.

That we keep coming back is the best review I can offer. Have been using their filters for the last few years. Always good service and delivery excellent.

I buy my water filters whenever it needs replacing from Fountain Filters as it is a great product with competitive pricing and first class customer service.

I bought the twin filter system ten years ago and needed to replace it. I found the website a bit tricky to navigate but eventually found what appeared to be the same twin filter. A quick email confirmed the pipe connection diameter, I was surprised by the fast reply.
The new system arrived very quickly and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the filter canister sealing method had been improved from a tapered design that was always tricky to seal to a improved flange design making changing filter elements easier and leak free. Had the old system replaced in 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend these filters and the company for there quality and helpfulness.

Excellent selection of drinking water taps. Found perfect replacement for my old tap. Also glad I opted for the suggested pipe/connector. Good price and fast delivery. Good buying experience.

The drinking water filter tap I ordered was a perfect replacement for a very old tap. It was delivered promptly and the entire ordering/delivery experience was faultless. Thank you Fountain Filters.

My UV lamp arrived in extremely tough packaging and was in perfect condition. I can't fault your service, thank you for helping me out

Amazing customer service. Speedy delivery.
Quality tasting water. Very happy with the company and product. Would confidently recommend any day of the week.

A great experience buying a tap and filter. Despite me miscalculating the size of some parts I would need, this was resolved at no cost to me within 48 hrs. The tap is great, and good value, the filters seem good so far. Changed from a different supplier to these and happy so far.

Excellent filter, right one for North London area. Excellent service. Used it die 2 years now. Highly recommended!
