Fountain Filters Anmeldelser

purchased a filtered drinking water system from Fountain Filters about 20 years ago and have bought replacement filters many times prompted by helpful emails informing that replacement is due. Recently the 20-year-old tap developed a minor leak, and I was pleased to be able to purchase an identical replacement. Just had it fitted by my plumber, and working perfectly.

The service at Fountain Filters is always excellent. Simon and Louise are extremely helpful and always ready with their expert advice.
I order filters regularly from them and have always received prompt and efficient service.

They sell good stuff at good prices and are always helpful when I've got in touch with questions. The "mailing list" consists of one email every six months reminding me it might be time to change my water filter and includes a link to the filter I bought last time because I can never remember which one I need. I could not ask for more. 100% recommended.

Excellent company to deal with and in my case having the option to buy just filter media if you already have a cartridge. Prices are competitive and their website is very helpful. Will definitely buy again from Fountain

The team at Fountain Filters are excellent. I made an error on my online order and I received a very helpful phone call bringing this to my attention. This saved a load of hassle down the line. Delivery is always excellent. Would thoroughly recommend this company

Yet again Simon has pulled out the stops. Been having issues with our borehole water. Talked through with Simon who knew all the answers. Sent me the right cartridges and everything is now fine. Hasten to add my call went in late in the day. Filters were on my doorstep the following afternoon. Again thank you both.

Order of a filter tap was delivered promptly and very pleased with the quality.

prompt service and helpful advice. I like the automated email/messaging service.

Great selection to choose from at very affordable prices. Good communication after ordering and quick delivery. Lovely filter tap, just as expected from pictures. Would definitely recommend & will use again. x

I have been using this company for many years now and not once have they failed to deliver. A first class business to deal with.

found what i wanted very easily, delivery very quick, very happy with the service

Correct part ordered by my self & came very quickly & found to be the correct part 1st time. Very impressed with the process.
Would use again.

I wasn’t very sure about what filter would be best for my situation, Simon at Fountain filters, has brilliantly answered all of my very annoying questions, and I am very happy with my filter and them as a company, great communication and service and I will continue to use them!

I have been a regular customer for over ten years and Fountain Filters have always been unbeatable.
Prompt personal service and the right filter every time.
Great value and quality.

Just purchased a Oyster Water Purifier kit from Fountain Filters. Delivered very quickly and packaged extremely well. The filters look very robust and fitting was straight forward with excellent instructions provided, even in a small cupboard. Pleased with the service and items. Thankyou.

Needed some help and advice regarding an issue with our water system so contacted Fountain Filters. Simon was very knowledgeable and helpful and advised us what filters to use. Ordered what we needed and it was delivered promptly. Would definitely recommend 😊

Not even worth a single star. Despite filling in a ticket 4 days ago still no reply. A phone call today went to an answering machine with no way of leaving a message.
Don't bother with them.

I have always felt that the best way of grading an organisation is on how they deal with a problem.
Fountain Filters were exemplary.
When the wrong filters were sent out, they made it exceptionally painless to get the replacements sorted, sending the correct items by return. An example of exceptional customer care from a company I’ve used for years, and why I will continue to get my filters from them.

I had to replace the filter cartridge on my Franke water filter tap. It is usually a fairly simple task. On this occasion the gasket / washer had stretched and split. It was difficult to work out what size I required. I rang Fountain Filters having found them on line. They could not have been more helpful. No condescending comments, just good old fashioned customer service. I went on line and ordered what I needed. It was the simplest of tasks. Better still the items that I ordered arrived very quickly and were 100% correct. Thank you so much for your help. Fantastic service, I would definitely use this company again. Just superb

Quite simply superb service.
