Great Service

From the initial quotation in February 2026, right through to visa arrangements, our numerous enquiries were attended to without delays and with great efficiency, and endless patience.

My experience wasn't great
My experience wasn't great. The only reason I gave 5 stars was because of Kent's final email to me which was positive for me,( after months of phoning and emails that gave me all negative outcomes) and then definitely, KIM ROBIN VAN WYK who replied very quick to my mail and sorted my problem out very quickly. I'm very satisfied and appreciate her effort.

Complex trip, handled flawlessly
This is my second trip booked through Jaco van Staden, after Thailand, and the standard was indentical both times. This one was a multi-city itinerary involving several hotels and a non-standard flight routing. Everything came back accurate and confirmed quickly, with no errors to correct along the way. He was professional throughout and clearly knew what he was doing. Knowledgeable, efficient and thoroughly recommended.
