Flight Centre South Africa - Flight Centre Farramere Anmeldelser

The swift response from Ms Tarryn Williams was excellent. This is what I consider excellent service. I only wish more staff employed in various sectors of the economy can learn and adopt such humility and professionalism in the workplace. Ms T Williams you've earned my total respect and admiration for such outstanding service. May the Lord bless you.

Ayanda Mdluli always go out of her way to help with planning and booking our trips! She knows our family requirements, always a memorable experience. Her knowledge of different destinations that would suit our holiday is vast.

Since my first contact with the Flight Centre Assistance, Yanda at the Farrarmere branch was friendly, prompt with feedback and communication excellent.

I want to give a special shoutout to Ayanda. Honestly, my confidence in Flight Centre going into this was low, but I decided to go with them because of my experience with Ayanda.

What really stood out to me is that a great experience isn't just about when everything goes smoothly, it's about how things are handled when they don't. On a recent trip to Mauritius, the partners on the ground didn't communicate or plan our airport transfers properly, and it was genuinely stressful. Despite being in a different time zone, Ayanda didn't let that stop her from owning the problem and staying on it with us until it was resolved, all while managing our frustration with real professionalism.

Beyond that, she made the whole trip seamless, planning everything and communicating clearly with us every step of the way. Thank you, Ayanda, for making this trip such a great experience.

Brilliant, professional help from Ayanda, Farrarmere.
Thank you so much.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ayanda at Flight Centre Farrarmere for the exceptional service and support she provided when we found ourselves stranded in Georgia (Europe) after our return flight was cancelled due to Qatar Airways being grounded due to the escalating war in the Middle East.
During a very stressful and uncertain situation, Ayanda went above and beyond to assist us. She was professional, compassionate, and worked tirelessly to find alternative travel arrangements and keep us informed every step of the way.
Customer service of this caliber is rare, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. Thank You Ayanda.

Ayanda was very polite and helpful. Understood what I required. It is always a pleasure dealing with Flight Centre Farrarmere

Meagan went above and beyond to help me cancel an air ticket to change travel dates. I spent a long time with her, asking her so many questions that I could have easily frustrated her. She, however, took it in her stride, and we were able to finalise travel plans that were the most suitable.

Wow,wow, wow what an awesome experience from Ayanda at the Farrarmere branch of Flight Centre. From our first encounter and us giving her our specific wish list, she did not disappoint. She has been my right hand from the beginning up until now yet our journey is not yet finish. A massive Thank you for her friendly, helpful service. She is for sure a real assett to the company and is evident that she loves her job. Thank you. Mr & Mrs Samuelson

Flight Centre- Kei Shopping Centre Benoni. I will only EVER work with Flight Centre in future. Leitha Lietha Vellema is more than outstanding. I took 10 photographers to Uzbekistan. Lietha arranged all the flights, visas, travel insurance. But that is not all. We had problems with Kyrgyzstan visas. Between Lietha and our tour operator in Uzbek, together they managed to change our trip routing to Uzbekistan, within 36 hours. She is wonderful. When she was out of office, her staff were also so very helpful. My husband now books his company flights through Flight Centre, as well. My 2026 tours to Morocco, Uzbekistan again, and Japan are being orchestrated through Lietha. I mean who else would I choose. You have one incredible tour operator at Flight Centre. Thank you for making our trip hassle free.

Ayanda is a breath of fresh air. Very knowledgeable and efficient.
