Very polite and professional young lady contacted me to advise that the refund has been deposited in my Standard Bank account. This lady also had a great sense of humor. Made my day.

I had a great experience dealing with Faiza van Wyk. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the process. She provided multiple quote options and was very responsive to all my queries. I really appreciated her professionalism and prompt communication, and I would happily deal with her again.

Sharde was absolutely outstanding, her communication, knowledge of product, professionalism and patience with us during our booking, making changes etc.. was absolutely outstanding. Such a pleasure to deal with someone like Sharde Blond, she was on top of everything before we could even ask!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Flight Centre.

My flight dates were changed unexpectedly, and I was not properly informed. Instead, I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on — there was no proactive communication from their side, which is very frustrating.

If there were going to be changes, I should have been notified at least a day in advance. Some of us plan ahead, and this completely disrupted everything I had already arranged.

Because of this sudden change, I now have to contact multiple places to request refunds for bookings I made based on my original itinerary. Unfortunately, some of these places do not even offer refunds, which means I’m now facing unnecessary financial loss.

When I made these bookings, I trusted that my flight arrangements would remain reliable. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I expected much better communication and consideration.

We were assisted by Tyla for our family holiday at Victoria Falls. She was great from beginning of my inquiries, to arranging the holiday. She was warm, friendly, quick with responses, saw and alerted us to a problem we had not picked up on the 6 month expiry restriction on my passport and held our bookings whilst we resolved that. She was forthcoming with information on the rates and bookings. I am extremely happy with her service and look forward to a great holiday. Very professional and friendly person. Thank you Tyla.

Farah from Flight Centre was very helpful and gave us several options to choose from for our holiday to Mauritius.

Faster service than I expected! The form was easy to fill out without printing it, and I received quick confirmation that the refund was being processed. Overall, despite the trip cancellation, booking with Flight Centre was super easy, and they have been assisting patiently with all my queries.

Flight Center you are wicked , we have no control over the war but you still capitalised on this bad misery and too almost R9000 from my booking. We can't go to Dubai due to misfortunes but you being you , you wanted to still eat

Shrestra has planned a magnificent experience for me an my family she kept us updated at all times an she made sure everything went according to plan she was always ready to answer the phone when we had questions I would definitely be planning my next trip with her an I will highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a vacation with their families

Had THE best experience with Ryan Van Der Merwe from flight centre (Pendoring Office Park branch). Our original flights to Hong Kong via Qatar that I booked myself on Standard Bank travel were cancelled 5 days before departure- needless to say there is still a 12 week wait on that refund. Bearing that in mind, when I called Flight Centre and got put through to Ryan- he handled the whole rebooking so well that even with all the stress I felt calm. Ryan was always ahead of any updtaes, he communicated every little change like flight delays or updates, he was easy to get a hold of , you don't need to wait on the phone for 30 min to speak to different agents. The experience was great and I will definitely book all future overseas holidays through him!

Spoke to consultant on Wednesday regarding flights to Atlanta Promised to email information within the hour. Nothing received by Friday. Again spoke to the woman who informed me without any apologies that she was off on Thursday, like it's my problem, and again promised information within the hour.Guess what still nothing. I have used flight Centre before and am disappointed at the incompetent don't care attitude i have experienced. There is now no ways I will trust you with my travel arrangements. We were assisted by an extremely professional and friendly member of staff (Lauren) who could not have done more for us. Her prompt attention to our needs gave us confidence in her service and as our Emirate flights had been consistently changed we felt confident and comfortable in the knowledge that we would get home. Worst customer service regarding the cancellation of bookings for Dubai travel. Beware booking with Flight Center. It’s all good when there are no force majeure events like pandemics and wars etc, but they completely fail customers when customers need them the most.

Never seen an organization take one’s money so quickly and refuse to return it!! It’s actually daylight robbery and a gross violation of consumer rights, whereby you are held to ransom by the most unfair T&Cs that are actually illegal.

Consumers beware and you are actually better off booking on your own directly with an airline and directly with an accommodation service provider. Flight Centre offers no value adding services other than just being a post box!
