Our recent group trip with 23 people, was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. Every aspect of the journey was handled seamlessly, starting with the quote process which had various options, through to finalising the booking and confirming numbers, we had many changes in between and Charlene was very accommodating and quick. Making payment was simple and then leading up to travel we received great tips and pre - travel checks, which helped make sure we didn't miss anything. Then the trip itself from check-in at the airport, pre- arranged kid's meals on the flight and continuing right through to our transfer arrangements and hotel arrival, it was all perfect.

Travelling as a large group can often present challenges, but everything was perfectly organised by our travel agent. The private transfer service was outstanding and made the arrival experience stress-free and enjoyable. Hotel check-in was efficient despite the size of our group, which speaks volumes about the planning and coordination behind the scenes.

The hotel itself was stunning and worth every cent. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and exceeded our expectations. The food and drinks were exceptional, offering plenty of variety and quality throughout our stay.

I cannot thank Charlene Krog enough for her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to ensuring everything ran smoothly. We created amazing memories and wouldn't hesitate to book through her again. In fact, we're already discussing our next trip!

We had a very good experience in dealing with Michael with the arrangements for our recent trip to Argentina. Michael was a real gem, in ensuring all our arrangements ran smoothly. He was especially helpful in sourcing a hotel close to the Buenos Aires marathon in which my sister competed. It was within walking distance and ideally situated.

We always use flight centre in Cradlestone and use Liza as our booking agent. We flew to Victoria falls and stayed at Waterfalls lodge. Highly recommended. Close to town. Could walk. Shuttle service available. Had a High Tea at Victoria falls hotel. Excellent.
Sunset cruise on Zambesi. A must. Excellent food and service.
