Couldn’t be happier with FLO service and my 7mm nirvana eyepiece. Ordered on Thursday afternoon and arrived the next morning! Really well packaged, and of course came full of clouds. Thanks so much for your amazing service. Will definitely be returning for my next Astro purchase!

I ordered an eyepiece and paid 24hr tracking from Royal mail. It went to the wrong post office miles from me and then was returned to the main office only to go back out the follow day to the same wrong post office. I complained to first light optics to which I received a reply saying I should have asked for express courier and blamed the post office strikes even though the strikes had nothing to do with it. I am awaiting a full refund for the product including the postage I had to pay. Very bad customer service in my opinion. Won't be ordering from them again.

I have never had anything less than 100% service from this company. The FLO folk understadn amateur astronomers needs and are only too pleased to offer help, information and guidance. So refreshing in this day and age.

Skywatcher heritage 150p, I was waiting to get a good clear night before I wrote this ,very impressed just wish I had done it a long time ago ,what an eye opener ,spent a beautiful night 10th September clear night full moon ,another world couldn't stop looking at it ,read so many reviews got confused best bit of advice was to get a scope you will go back too and i's easy too use ,this ticks all boxes ,thankyou ,find myself just wanting more cant wait too get it into a dark night area that's again

I recently purchased a William Optics Rotolock visual back for my C8, this was to replace the standard Celestron visual back that uses two thumb screws to retain any accessories that may be attached. As many know, this type of fixing can often be unreliable causing diagonals etc to become loose and possibly even fall out resulting in expensive damage.
On recieving the Rotolock I was disappointed with it's operation as it was stiff to turn the locking ring to grip any attachment reliably, after a few emails to FLO the problem has been resolved to my total satisfaction and the Rotolock is working perfectly, a big thank you to Alex and the team there, they dealt with my concern without any fuss and in such a professional manner, I will certainly deal with them again in the future.

Ordered some kit Friday morning. DHL sent me an SMS saying it would be delivered on Tuesday. Actually arrived Saturday 10am. 22 hours from order to delivery. Result!

Very helpful and patient despite myself ordering the wrong item and having to return, plus adding items to an order that was already processed. The team have been extremely quick to respond to the many, many questions I had and were very informative. Will use FLO many times in the future for my astronomy and photography needs. Order was shipped very quickly and can't fault anything about the products or the customer service.

Have successfully purchased from FLO...they used to be easily accessible on the phone. Sadly, no longer the case and my experience with email required a degree of persistence.

However, having made contact the email dialogue was very helpful.

I have suggested how their online enquiry on matters not in stock could be more helpful to the customer...need for this is driven by the FLO site which states that "keeping website stock availability indicators up-to-date and our customers informed during these extraordinary times is difficult”.

Am awaiting news of items due to be delivered to FLO and notwithstanding recent communication problems l have no reason to believe that their deliveries aren’t up to their excellent past

hobby and it’s often easier and quicker to use voice to get advice and answers..

Ordered 2 Baader Morpheus eyepieces, one was in stock and arrived promptly. The other was an estimated 20-30 days due to supply issues, I didn't mind waiting. The eyepiece came in about 2 weeks.
