The booking was so easy to do. Received confirmation straight away. All information was easy to find and follow. Pricing of our tour was very reasonable.

Did the flight over The Whitsundays and The Great Barrier Reef and it was the highlight of my trip. Perfect day to see the beautiful colours and landscape at their best. Definitely recommend.

WARNING: Disorganized chaos! Constantly changed times, sent a Saturday morning email, and left 10+ people stranded! this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs! We booked their Vivid Sydney cruise for a weekend night out, and it was an absolute nightmare. The logistics and event management are a complete joke.
Our original booking was for a 5:00 PM departure. At the last minute, they pushed it back to 6:30 PM, and then ultimately tried to force an 8:30 PM slot on us. Because they were completely messing us around and shifting the goalposts, we refused to accept the 8:30 PM slot. To make matters worse, they changed the departure wharf entirely and left us completely stranded.
When we confronted them, their pathetic excuse was, "We sent you an email." Who on earth sits around checking their work emails early on a Saturday morning before a weekend night out?! If a company is making drastic, last-minute changes to an event time and location, common sense dictates they should send an SMS text message so the customer actually sees it before traveling.
This wasn't just a single mistake, either. I met over 10 other angry passengers standing at the wharf who were facing the exact same issue. All of us had our 5:00 PM slots messed with, shuffled around, and were ultimately turned away and left standing in the dark.
This raises massive safety red flags. If a commercial marine company is so incompetent that they cannot manage a simple time schedule, don't know how to properly alert their customers, and strand groups of 10+ people at a time, how can anyone trust them to follow strict marine safety regulations on a dark, crowded harbor? A basic refund does not fix the stress, the wasted fuel, the expensive city parking fees, and a completely ruined weekend. Stay far away from All Occasion Cruises!

Good cruise but sat in dock for a quarter of time .

The food was good the drinks were good. We were very disappointed as our cruise asked for us to be there 15 minutes prior for boarding which we did In the rain and we boarded 10 minutes prior but sadly we did not leave the dock till 6.30 pm . The cruise left half an hour late for a 2 hour cruise. We missed seeing Taronga Zoo lit up for vivid . Very disappointed. The rest of the good was good the staff were friendly .

Site over charged me

Site over charged me. Ordered two senior tickets to the wax museum but paid for two senior and a standard entry. Trustpilot have come through and refunded me. Thank you Trustpilot.
Wax museum was great and we were lucky enough to have the well informed guide to ourselves. Will be back.

Quick problem resolution

I had an issue with downloading my vouchers from the Experience Oz email message. However, the agent graciously and patiently fixed the problem.

Friendly and adaptive crew

Friendly and adaptive crew. When suffering seasickness, the skipper put me on shore asap, & permitted a swap with others in order to return to base more quickly.
A trip with lots more potential than I managed to squeeze out of it, but definitely highly recommendable!

So Terrible!

So Terrible!! Could not load the tickets the 8 tickets the website was down and tried phoning and emailing no response for hours later…..meanwhile Dreamworld helped us even though it was NOT their problem.I will never ever use this website always Book direct you never have any problems when you do this!

Good show

Good show, food was average. The intro and ghost train were more scary than the main show, the whole content is not quite relevant with vampires.
