The booking was so easy to do. Received confirmation straight away. All information was easy to find and follow. Pricing of our tour was very reasonable.

Did the flight over The Whitsundays and The Great Barrier Reef and it was the highlight of my trip. Perfect day to see the beautiful colours and landscape at their best. Definitely recommend.

We loved the day at Hamilton Island, ferry ride was mostly smooth and the pools were really nice, especially the Sails pool that was heated for winter.

Terrible website but good discounts
I only gave it 3 stars because of the fabulous QLD100 discount code - other than that the website is AWFUL!
The search function is terrible, can't find tours by searching for them by name, displays terribly on a tablet, can't see the whole screen unless you zoom right out, if you book a few different types it stops accepting my credit card, I've had to use two different ones. Now it won't take my payment at all, even after clearing cache and history and trying 3 cards.
Just not user friendly at all!

Well deserved #1 Jetski Tour Operators
From check-in to debrief, the staff were amazing! They were as serious as they had to be during safety briefing but the humour and banter was still in no short supply! We were lucky enough to have Brooke as our guide on the water who was super accommodating to not only us experienced riders but the first timers as well! I only booked a spur of the moment 1.5hour tour 30 minutes before arrival but Ill definitely be back for one of the longer tours! 10/10 from start to finish!

The trip itself was OK
The trip itself was OK. But ... it was too long. Really did not need a second turn around.
The fuel fumes were quite nauseating.
I loved that an older boat was still being used; but maybe some funding could be used to spruce it up a bit to make it a vintage showpiece

The night was very wet
The night was very wet. We were unable to even look at the highlights of the tour. Drones were not working. Had problems getting on the bus as there was no code on the tickets sent to us. We left the bus at the second stop, where one of the guides had a fall as the ground was so slippery. A complete waste of money.

Was expecting the drone show, The seating was not as good as expected, too many people on board therefore heap of people missed out of a window or outside seating, was expecting more glow and lights. Snacks on board were far too expensive especially the pringles/potato chips.

We’re sorry to hear seating felt crowded; Vivid periods can be busy, and arriving early helps secure preferred spots. We also appreciate your comments on pricing and will take this on board.

We had tickets booked two days ago and waited there for more than 1.5 hours. No one came to assist us, answer our questions, or give any updates, and there was no boat at all.
I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I also called and requested a refund, but still haven’t received any response. Very unprofessional service.
