Esendex does exactly what we need.
Esendex does exactly what we need.
As a Bus company we send mass messages to particular drivers as required. We have grouped and sub-grouped our staff and send on mass as required. If anyone replies, the reply is Emailed to the Administrative staff group immediately. So someone gets it.
We can search through messages sent and see who's was and wasn't sent / received. This stops any arguments.

We have found the Essendex messaging…
We have found the Essendex messaging works very well with our business needs.
Hardly ever require assistance from their support staff and when we had initially setup with them the team a Essendex were marvellous.

Esendex has saved us valuable time…
Esendex has saved us valuable time in collecting data and catering our surveys to multiple audiences. Esendex staff has been flexible and easy to work with over the past year+. My only reservation is in regard to reporting. While they offer cursory outcome reporting, it was not robust enough to fulfill our requirements. I'd recommend Esendex to anyone who is looking to streamline their SMS survey campaigns.

I had a bad experience when i scheduled for a change. Tech engineer had not turned up as per schedule had to reschedule the change task.

The transition to Esendex was very simple and it is easy to set up and use. This is an improvement on our previous email to SMS system.
Esendex have provided support and contacted us to ensure everything is going okay.
It is also very useful to have a web based feature for our Email to SMS.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Always worked. Great tool for communication. Pay as you use is a great feature as well.
It would be good to simplify the importing and updating contacts in the system.
