We were not able to send any messages for several hours. I emailed the appropriate people, then called the support line which took me to the UK where the best they could do for us was to email their on call engineer several times. The engineer failed to get back to me. By the time I got in touch with the Australian support team it was past mid day for us. The problem was resolved by late afternoon. We essentially went a full day without being able to message our temp staff. The primary form of communication for us. This was unacceptable and incredibly inconvenient for our national business processes.
