There products are not really up to the quality of commercial use be careful iam not sure but they may be second quality there importing what I got from them was a blown high pressure hose after 4 hours of use be careful because it was purchased in 2024 they couldn't care less

I appreciate the frustration when something fails unexpectedly, but I want to explain why warranty timeframes and assessments matter — they're there to protect both our customers and us, ensuring any genuine fault is properly identified rather than assumed. As the hose was purchased back in 2024, we'd need to actually inspect it to establish the cause of the failure, including how it's been used and stored over that period, before we could comment on whether this points to a quality issue or something else. Wear from usage, storage conditions, and handling all affect a hose's lifespan just as much as manufacturing quality does.
Regarding the suggestion around product quality — our products go through quality checks before dispatch, and issues like this are not typical of what we see across our customer base.
If you'd like us to properly look into this, please send the hose back to us along with your order details, and we'll assess it and come back to you with our findings.

Got everything we ordered though....
Got everything we ordered, but clearly outsourced some of the Cleaning solution to another company with the Njord products as they came a day before. Didn't receive any tracking information. Njord products just left on doorstep, do delivery confirmation, and no phone call as we were told that when the main products were delivered we would get a call an hour before, he asked for name and that was it, no photo, no signature. And that's with £1500s worth of equipment. Given sense of insecurity with the delivery, even Amazon are more secure with an item that's a couple of quid.

You're right that the Njord products come from one of our specialist chemical suppliers, which is why they arrived separately and slightly ahead of the main order — I completely understand that not being clear at the time made this feel disjointed and less secure, especially without tracking or a confirmed drop-off.
On the main delivery — you're right that for an order of that value, having only a name taken with no photo or signature isn't the standard of security we'd want for our customers, and I'll be raising this with our courier to review.

Wrong size sent
Product sent did not fit my existing xiam gutter vac system.
Swan head only lasted 30 cleans then shattered at the end.
I have now had a good response from the customer services Manager and this problem has been dealt with very quickly and professionally

Quick delivery. Product did the job, shifted a persistent stain (dog piddle) on a light coloured, flat weave carpet (new) that I had tried to remove with standard carpet cleaner with no success.
