Customer Service beyond excellent
Bought the LED Touchscreen Rotating Upright Infrared Heater which is a brilliant alternative to a gas patio heater, not least as it can be used inside the gazebo as well as then being able to use it indoors to extend comfortable use of the conservatory in the cooler months. It has 9 heat settings and we found level 3 or 4 was ample and throws out great heat. The fact the tower also oscillates ensures everyone can benefit from a blast of heat! Brilliant heater that also looks stylish, very easy to move and takes very little floor space.
However……. The main reason for my writing this review is due to the level of customer service I experienced. Unfortunately there was some physical damage to the unit which I’m sure was just down to packaging/courier issues. I phoned the company (what luxury to phone and speak to an actual (‘local’) human these days!!!), my calls were answered incredibly quickly, emails were also responded to very promptly, and the issues were dealt with completely satisfactorily even before I asked what they would do!! Customer service like that is so rare today and was beyond excellent. So, a big thank you to Equip2Clean, and - MANAGEMENT PLEASE NOTE - a special shout out to Stephen and Lewis in the customer service team. You’re true assets to the company!

Service was great when I came in to the…
Service was great when I came in to the showroom. Prices was great for all the equipment I purchased. Only down side is the instructions were pretty vague when assembling some parts. The spare battery does not connect in as the terminals are to wide, so need to file a little on the terminals in order to get them in the connections. Not used the equipment in anger yet so will review again when I have.

It’s a scam company I ordered a window…
It’s a scam company I ordered a window cleaning pole from them it’s clear instructions was 30m hose comes with it but I received only 10m
I called the customer service he say oh no it’s only 10m he denied he said where you find it , I checked the instructions again it was 30m ,I called him again he said why you need 30m it’s long do you need it blaw blaw …..after few moments he said we will send you 30m hose and hang the phone !!! Today they send 20m ???
They should used their brain how I ment to join 10+20m together which I order full 30m

I recently purchased the DTLR2 lite…
I recently purchased the DTLR2 lite from Equip2clean and am very impressed with the machine although unfortunately due to the hosepipe ban have only managed to use it with the pick up pipe in a bucket.
I cannot fault the service from Equip2clean from ease of purchase to speed of delivery and would thoroughly recommend them.
I did have a minor issue which was purely my own doing but I contacted Equip2clean and Lewis rectified without question.
I’d recommend Equip2clean.

Phoned up to see if they had the none marking high pressure hose , went through order , called in 2 hours later to pick it up , all ready on table ready for me , my only regret is I don’t have enough money to buy a lot of there stock , it’s all top notch gear , and priced competitively,

The pole has slotted into wrong ends…
The pole has slotted into wrong ends which made me to take apart and retighten pole clips but didn’t make much difference as after couple more days did same thing again. Would not recommend this pole!!!!!

Rubbish filter the water is still leaving white spots on the window glass I use this filter with my hose fed extendable brush for cleaning the windows on my house waste of money

Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry to hear you're still getting white spots on the glass despite using the filter.
This can happen when the filter isn't quite matched to your local water hardness — in medium hardness areas, the resin can become exhausted faster than expected if it's not sized correctly for that level, meaning it stops fully de-ionising the water sooner than you'd think.

Water filter did not do its job it left…
Water filter did not do its job it left lots of water marks on the windows. Un happy customer and I had to go back costing me time and money. 😩

Water marks after filtration are often linked to the specific filter type not being matched to the water hardness in your area — if you're in a hard water area, a different filter setup would usually be recommended to get the best results. Had we known this beforehand, we could have pointed you towards the right option from the start.

Customer service a let down
Wrong product was sent. They agreed to exchange but there was a delay at their end which meant a delay in starting work. It was a business starter package and yet all that was provided was a short video and booklet for starting the engine but nothing on how to assemble anything else in the kit. We rung up for help but they weren’t particularly helpful and it was assumed you should have known how to do it.

I placed an order on 14/08/26 and paid…
I placed an order on 14/08/26 and paid for it. It took this shambles of a company nearly one week to notify me they never had stock in the first place despite sending me an "order #95107ECW is on the way" email on 17/08/26.
I completely understand companies having stock issues, however, it's not acceptable to lie to customers about the order being shipped, only to email them 4 days after that advising you never actually had the item in the first place. I would have expected to have been notified of this with 2 days maximum.

Hi Jon, Thank you for taking the very short amount of time to write a fully-AI generated reply to my review. I respectfully disagree with your assertion that the email I received on 17/08/26 was not a "shipped" email.
The email very clearly stated "Your order is on the way" and even included a FexEd tracking number! I am sure by anyone's standard this is misleading and would constitute lying to a customer when 4 days later you confess you didn't even have the item in the first place.

Your order was placed at 11pm on Friday 14th August and wasn't picked up by our team until Monday 17th. The notification you received was an automatically generated fulfilment label — a standard part of our order processing system, not a manual confirmation that your order had been despatched.
When our warehouse team went to fulfil the order they were unable to locate the stock. A second thorough search was carried out to make absolutely sure before drawing any conclusions — and as soon as we had a definitive answer I contacted you personally to explain the situation. At no point was any attempt made to mislead you.
From Monday to Thursday is four working days, not a week. I accept it should have been resolved more quickly and I'm sorry for that — but I won't accept that we lied to you, because we didn't.
I'm sorry we couldn't fulfil your order on this occasion and I hope we get the opportunity to make a better impression in the future.
