Entree Destinations Anmeldelser

Working with Entree has been a pleasure! They handled every aspect of putting together an amazing experience for my clients. I will certainly be calling them again when I have clients "heading north"!

Judith Root was amazing to work with, and all her hard work paid off, to make my very particular clients very happy with their trip to Alaska in August. Thank you.

The team at Entree Canada was helpful, quick to respond, and worked hard and tirelessly to ensure my client's requests were met. My client raved about their trip- the accommodations, tours and guides, and professionalism of everyone involved in the planning. I will happily work with Entree Destinations again!

The response time was amazing and it was a very complicated trip. ED was incredible to work with especially Jennifer Noble.

Clients requested a special itinerary without much advance notice. Entree Destinations listened to what was requested and provided a unique and special itinerary. Everything went off without a hitch and my clients were delighted with all the arrangements. So happy to work with this professional organization!

Great friendly and lovely people.
Very professional!

Everyone at Entree did a wonderful job planning our trip to the PNW. Quick responses from Cat throughout the process and not a single issue the entire vacation.

Our travel agent in NJ worked side by side with Entree Destinations to make our family vacation more than we could imagine. Gwen was quick to answer any of our questions, adjust our travel arrangements, gave honest input and went above and beyond to make sure our Alaska trip was something we would remember for a life time.

Clients loved all of the arrangements. Only one complaint and that was regarding the hotel in Fairbanks.

Judith and Andrea are the BEST! I came to handling this booking late in the game but Judith and Andrea made sure I got everything I needed specially that I'm not very familiar with booking Alaska. Clients came back raving and wanting to book again.

I had a wonderful experience working with Cat and Fiona for my client's trip to Banff and Lake Louise. My client's had a last minute flight cancelation and change and Entree was able to quickly rearrange details so the arrival was still seamless. The client's were also thrilled with the VIP treatment and careful attention to detail at every stop. I will certainly be working with Entree again!

Working with Entree Destinations leaves NOTHING to chance - they know their destination inside and out True Professionals from beginning to end Great presentation, information and travel tips Couldn't ask for anything more

We had a FABULOUS experience with Entree! The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I feel we wasted too much time in Anchorage. Our itinerary had us going from Talkeetna to Anchorage and then on to Girdwood. After arriving in Anchorage, we realized why our guide was questioning why we were stopping there for a day. We arrived on a Sunday and there was nothing open and nothing to do except sit in the hotel room waiting to go to dinner. It would have been better to head straight to Girdwood or even Seward from Talkeetna instead of wasting time in Anchorage and then heading out with another driver the next morning. Other than that, we had a wonderful trip!

I am extremely impressed by Entree Destinations, and really enjoyed working with Jennifer and also Cat on a separate itinerary. Your team is engaging and professional and help to elevate the client experience with prioritization and unique experiences plus amenities! The travel agency business is a tough industry where it's difficult to maintain life balance and in some cases, it can be challenging to stay productive and profitable on an engagement basis. Entree Destinations however provides the support needed to ensure client expectations are met, and that the agency or advisor is working productively and profitably. My experience with Entree Destinations has been a win-win-win for our clients, agency and our team.

Having the transportation, reservations, tours, and tips handled in advance makes a huge difference in relaxing and enjoying one’s vacation. The first class accommodations for the train and lounge were especially appreciated.

The accommodations and transfers were top notch. The tour guides were knowledgeable and fun. I also liked the documents from Entree outlining the trip and what to expect.

Everything was excellent and my group of 10 made many happy memories for our birthdays.

We have been working with Entree Destinations for a couple of months now to plan an incredible Alaskan getaway for one of our clients. We worked with Jennifer and she was efficient, very knowledgeable, quick to make changes as requested and needed, went above and beyond on all things that we threw at her and really worked hard to make our client's trip amazing! We have worked with Entree in the past and will continue to work with them in the future because of their stellar service!

Entree Alaska was a great company to work with. They were flexible, available and very accommodating to the clients needs. I am looking forward to booking with them again.

Ended up not doing bear viewing when read "need to hike 5 miles on uneven terrain in 4 hours" It was inappropriate for someone my age and physical ability.

I had a last minute booking for Alaska and Judith found space and pulled the trip booking off in just days. The clients were absolutely thrilled with Lodge at Whale Pass, it was the perfect fit for this family.

Fantastic and prompt service from start to finish. Very happy clients!
