Very helpful. Tried to match another quote the best he could and wasn’t pushy when I decided to leave. Very understanding and a genuinely nice person on the other end of the phone.

I made a small change online to my policy, and was charged almost £30 for the pleasure, I’ve been a loyal customer for four years, I be moving on when my insurance is up for renewal.

Two different dates given for payment due to be taken. No support when explained that the policy holder works 14 hour days in hospital (in a pandemic) and that I needed to not renew (even though I set up the insurance). Useless.

I called to end my policy having already set up renewal elsewhere. I was only waiting a very short time. The agent was informative and helpful about the company product but not pushy which I cannot stand and do not have time for. Thank you for making my ending stress free and quick x

You tried to get me to renew a policy that had increased from £180 to £300, without making it clear on the covering email. I managed to get a better policy elsewhere for £150. You should make it clear on the email covering page what the renewal price is.

Thank you for assistance in ensuring non-renewal of existing policy [my account had been set to auto renewal (which I have never agreed to as a matter of principle) and I was unable to process transfer to new provider by online means alone]. Have had good service from Endsleigh for many years but renewal quote from a more recent insurer was too expensive compared with alternatives.

The service was very good but when I received the documents online I had to request advice about how to see the change made.

Been a nightmare from day one.
They sent my policy and supposed of sent all documentation as well in separate links on my account page. But all links are just my insurance policy!
At no point have I had an email of confirmation of my credit agreement. This is against the 1974 credit act.
I rang them to be told it was sent to me and because they had nothing back, instead of sending an email reminder ( the law ), they charged me a further £10!!
So currently they have no signed credit authorization!
I rang them and iam told I cannot have the money back and the issue was with the underwriters who also happen to be the creditors.
So suddenly endsleigh insurance have become a brokers!!
I rang premier only to be told I was number 32 in the queue! Obviously have many complainers! Don't use!!

Last year used go compare and Endsleigh was the cheapest for my suzuki alto at £131.86 just had renewal of £186.13 and never made any claims what a rip off hike £55 increase is taking the micky. Just went on gocompaire and renewed it with zeniff for £98.15 and this includes protected no claims. Very disappointed with endsleigh trying to rip me off they are conmen and dont deserve to serve the public with car insurance

Great service, agent spent time explaining my options for my vehicle transfer policy and understood I was a dumbass and didn't understand what he was talking about. Patience of a saint. 5*
