Shorouk was extremely helpful
Shorouk was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We provided her with an itinerary for an 2 day 1 night trip to Luxor from Hurghada. She created a wonderful trip with extras we hadn’t thought of, with every part of the trip itemised and context added. At no point did we feel pressured into booking.

Incredible experience! Met all expectations
We took the 8 days Cairo and Nile River Cruise. Seeing Egypt has been on my bucket list for a long time We had a wonderful experience and learned so much! Our tour was very organized and customized to our needs. The booking process was made easy by Reem, she answered all my questions and was very responsive during the trip as questions arose!
Our booking included 5-star hotels and we were not disappointed with them or the Blue Shadow cruise ship we were on.
The restaurants were top notch and the food on the ship was outstanding! It was fun to try Egyptian cuisine.
We had two Egyptologist tour guides. Ahmed Elgohary for Cairo and Walid for Luxor and the cruise. They both spoke clear English and were easy to understand! The guides were able to tell us so much about ancient Egypt and the culture today! The tours were customized to our needs and interests, and we were able to make daily changes in the itinerary. They made us feel so welcomed, comfortable, and safe. With all the is going on in the middle east now there were some concerns before we came, but never once did my family feel unsafe! The guides really watched out for us! I have some mobility issues and they really went out of their way to make sure that my physical needs were met. By the end of our tour we felt like they had become our friends!
Since we were traveling in a very hot summer month we appreciated the air condition tour buses and cars! The drivers were all professional and helpful. Driving in Egypt is an experience in itself, so different then in the USA.
I will highly recommend Egypt Tours Portal for my friends and family who plan to tour Egypt in the future.

Marian Azer is a fabulous guide. She has so much knowledge and shares it with kindness and passion. She was an excellent guide - giving us itinerary plans and information (we were not given by the excursion company). It was a pleasure to spend the day with her listening to her knowledge and wisdom.
Egypt Tours Portal arranged an excellent excursion however their lack of information caused extra stress and time spent trying to find out.
Both day drivers were very good.
Hoda was our guide on our second day. She was wonderful too. So informative about our visit to Abu Simbel and what to look out for. Another wonderful day.
All in all, our 2 days were exceptional due to our guides. A little overshadowed by the lack of communication from Egypt Tours Portal.

Safe and comfortable private transfer
Booked a private transfer with Egypt Tours via 12Go Asia from a Luxor hotel to Hurghada Airport. My driver, Mohamed, was early—a very good and careful driver. The actual driving time is three hours, as stated, though this naturally depends on the pickup location. The car was very clean and comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. Excellent value for money. I’d book it again!

Reliable but a bit overpriced
They organised a bespoke planning for my father and me including everything we requested, they were very flexible and the guides were super gentle and helpful (they replied within minutes if we had any question).
If I am not giving a 5/5 review is mainly because of some little details: in my opinion it was overpriced. It is true that if you are looking for a planned trip, you don't mind paying more so you can forget about organising things, and you want to have everything already closed before going to Egypt, this is still a good way to do it. But for the price they still engaged in some free tourish strategies such as taking you to shops they have an arrengment with to try to sell you things. Of course it's not compulsory but it is uncomfortable, so be warned and state clearly you don't want to go to these shops if you don't feel like it. Moreover, you have to tip everyone for everything so take that into account when budgeting your trip.
Also, even if it is true all hotels were 4 or 5 stars, the wi fi didn't work properly in some of them (this is not company's fault, I am only mentioning it so you take it into account for your trip). And more importantly, they used tap water for cleaning vegetables and making juice in most of them so please avoid them if you are not sure they were made with mineral water.
And last but not least, last days they told us they were going to send us an email with some important information about our pick up for the airport and we needed to insist a couple of times to get it. Not dramatic, but it made my father a bit nervous.
So, to sum up, if your budget is low it is a lot of cheaper to take everything by yourself (check always you are buying in official ticket places, be careful not to be scammed -bargle everything- and DON'T GO to the dessert if you want to go to asuan ir luxor, take the plane. Be safe). But if you want to see a lot of things and the planning and organizing is a pain for you this company was helpful, not secret fees, reliable ad trustful.

El proceso de reserva ha sido muy fácil, detallado y nos han acompañado en el proceso.
Hemos tenido la suerte de ir con el guía Mohammed Hassan, el cual nos ha acompañado en todo el tour. Hemos estado en todos los lugares más emblemáticos y hemos aprendido muchos datos interesantes. Estamos encantados ya que, se ha ido adaptando a nosotros y al ritmo, nos ha explicado con detalle y nos ha dado el tiempo que queríamos para tomar fotos e ir viendo cada lugar. Asimismo, hemos ido a Abu Simbel y todos los demás templos, incluidos en el tour. Estábamos en un grupo reducido por lo que toda la explicación era más clara y con facilidad de seguir el ritmo, como más privado, a diferencia de los grandes grupos.
En el caso del barco, espectacular tanto la limpieza, el crucero en sí, espacio de las cabinas y la comida buena y variada.
Nos vamos encantados y recomiendo encarecidamente realizar vuestro viaje y experiencia con ellos, es increíble y sin ninguna queja.

Mr. Hassan Ali was our tour guide for the Mr. Hassan Ali – An Exceptional Guide with Knowledge, Passion, and Integrity
second part of our trip through Egypt, accompanying us from Aswan to Luxor during our Nile cruise and on all of our excursions. From beginning to end, he was absolutely incredible.
His knowledge of Egyptian history was remarkable. There were so many moments when we were simply blown away by the details he shared and how effortlessly he brought every temple, monument, and story to life. His passion for Egypt and its history was evident in everything he did, and it made each excursion so much more meaningful.
What we respected and appreciated most, however, was the way Hassan genuinely looked out for us. He guided us through tipping customs, helped us avoid potential scams, and always made sure we were being treated fairly. His honesty and integrity meant more to us than we can express, especially while traveling in an unfamiliar country. We always felt safe, protected, and completely comfortable with him.
Hassan is kind, patient, trustworthy, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what he does. He didn’t simply guide us—he made this entire portion of our journey unforgettable. Excellent tour. My drivers, Hamdy and Ali were prompt, friendly, and skillful. My guides, Hannah and Marian Azer, were very knowledgeable, friendly, communicated well, and gave me options to see more of the things I was interested in (no rushing me through sites or exhibits to keep to a timetable). Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. El acompañamiento, explicación y amabilidad del coordinador Basam Shams fue extraordinaria y muy profesional . Super recomendable el tour completo incluyendo choferes, excursiones, crucero, paseos y visita en cada uno de los lugares.

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente! El barco impecable, muy cómodo todo con pileta, muy amables. Los traslados muy cómodos con aire acondicionado y muy amable el conductor, lo mejor del viaje fue nuestro guía Bassam Shams, una excelente persona, muy inteligente y divertida, nos enseñó mucho y nos acompañó en todo momento, haciéndonos sentir seguros, muy amable, respetuoso, un Genio!!
