My friend and I traveled with them in the middle of October on a River Nile Cruise. As 2 female travellers we were very well cared for by our guide Mahmoud Gamal, who took care of our every need and wishes, teaching us about the history behind the beautiful sights and also teaching us about modern Egypt. I would highly recommend Mahmoud and Egypt Portal to anyone wanting to explore Egypt

We had two guides during our trip who provided EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.
WALID AHMED was super patient with us; he answered all our questions and made sure we were safe. He is very caring and knowledgeable. He has the ability to manage different personalities extremely well. I especially appreciate his sincere generosity and attention to detail. He definitely deserves a raise in salary.
AHMED ELGOHARY. Was our guide twice during the trip. He, as well, was exceptionally attentive. He is very responsive to our needs. Even now, weeks after our trip ended. He promptly replied to one of my questions. These two guides are assets to your company. Please make sure they are both taken care of by your company.

Reham was the best possible choice for a guide. She was very knowledgeable, upbeat and enthusiastic every step of the way. She made the experience exponentially better than it could have otherwise been. From her deep knowledge of and readily apparent love for Egypt to her wonderful storytelling and warm demeanor, Reham was an absolute pleasure to spend time with. Could not be happier with this bucket list experience!

Just started our trip and couldn’t be happier. Our guide Reham Sabry is not just the best guide in Egypt but the best we have ever had anywhere. She is intelligent, personable and professional. She was able to take us everywhere while making our children feel comfortable learning through having fun. Our driver Mohammed was so skilled. Cairo roads are different than any other! Thank you both.

My guide Mohab Ahmed has an enormous depth of knowledge about all the ancient sites around Giza and Cairo. Mohab showed me around several sites including Giza, Old Cairo, the Grand Egyptian Museum, Saqqara, Dashur, and Memphis. All my questions about these places were answered with patience and skill. I would thoroughly recommend requesting Mohab as your guide when you come to Cairo.

Great tour of the main temples along the Nile. The tourist guide, Hussein Elmounir, was very knowledgeable and explained the temples very well. Just be sure to double check your list of tour so that they include the main highlights you want to see. We added some tours missing on our booking and it can get pretty expensive. Personally, I feel Abu Simbel, Luxor temple, Karnak and Hatshepsut temple are must see.

Fantastic. What an amazing tour. Ahmed El Gohary looked after us in Cairo and Amr Mekky looked after us on the Nile Cruise. Everything was smooth sailing.

Mohamed Eldaw was our AMAZING tour guide in Aswan and Luxor. He is very knowledgeable about Egyptian history. He took us to all the temples and he knows all the details and provides meaningful explanations that makes the visits interesting and valuable. Mohamed speaks perfect English and basic Spanish. He was always punctual. He gave us the game plan in advance and made excellent recommendations. He is flexible, reliable, open-minded, and tolerant.

Highly recommended. Our guide was Essam Elsayed, he was very professional, well organized, and genuinely helpful beyond the tour itself. When our baggage was delayed, he followed up closely with the airline and kept helping us until the issue was sorted out, which we really appreciated. Throughout the trip, he was punctual, responsive, and always attentive to our needs. His support made the journey much smoother and less stressful, and we are very grateful for the extra effort he put in.

Our trip was very well organised, the transport was comfortable, the boat accomodation and food were great, along with professional service. The historical tours led by Hassan Ali were exceptional. Hassan was so knowledgable, pleasant and helpful, a top guide. I can highly recommend him to anyone wishing to learn about Egyptian history while visiting the amazing temples and places of interest between Luxor and Aswan. Egypt tours have made our visit to Egypt a very pleasant experience.

Just wow! It has been such an amazing trip so far here in Egypt! My expert Egyptologist, Mohab and our trusty driver, Andrew are great company and have become dear friends, not to mention such an expert in all things Egypt. From climbing around the pyramids and seeing the GEM to a great drive to Alexandria with the best Greek lunch overlooking the Mediterranean, it has been just so epic!

We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Nermeena Nabil in Luxor! She is incredibly knowledgeable, bubbly, friendly, and passionate about sharing the history and beauty of ancient Egypt. What made her truly stand out was not just her expertise, but also her genuine care and consideration for us as her clients.
She never rushed us and always allowed us to enjoy each activity at our own pace. She was attentive to our needs, flexible with our itinerary, and considerate of our preferences without ever making us feel pressured to do anything. She also made sure we were well taken care of throughout the trip, including ensuring that we checked in properly and comfortably. Her thoughtfulness, punctuality, and willingness to accommodate our needs made the entire experience smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable.
We would also like to commend our drivers, especially Akhmed in Aswan and our driver in Luxor. They were professional, attentive, courteous, and drove safely, making us feel comfortable and secure throughout our journeys.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better travel experience. Having a guide who genuinely cares about her clients makes such a difference, and we are truly grateful for her excellent service and warm personality.

Special thanks to our guide Reham Sabry she was the best what you can imagine she was there for us every second to show and explain everything so understandably. She was alaways off servis .went out of her way for our needs and was always ready to help us.showed usually the sights we wanted to see with explanations. She helped us take photos as well as and with that male undeniable perfect memories .the worst part was having to say goodbye to her. If we ever go back to egypt we will be sure to request her again or ask others to request her as a guide. Not 5 but 6 stars from us.

Ahmed Haggag was knowledge, funny and keen to learn some new English phrases! He spoke very good English and he went out of his way to make sure we were well looked after. One of the best tour guides we had during our time in Egypt.
