Shambles

Shocking. Ordered a personalised banner and some personalised wrapping paper for my son's first birthday. I was told shipping was 1 day, and paid extra for 48 hour delivery so it'd arrive on time.

Over a week later, disappointingly it still has not arrived. What's most frustrating was a member of staff was contacting me on the chat system and promised it'd be shipping 5 days ago. I've not heard anything since. No responses on there, no responses to emails, no responses on socials etc. Avoid at all costs, absolute shambles

Peeling phone case

Ordered my phone case early December and received it within two weeks but after around six weeks the personalised photos are peeling off!! I have tried to contact the company but so far no replies to my messages very disappointed with the service and product

A bad company. I placed an order and didn’t receive the goods. Tried to contact them but never got reply. Don’t buy anything from them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Still waiting after 3 weeks for a personalised phone case purchased on eBay but be warned it cunningly redirects you to their shop which means you don’t have any eBay protection. Total scammers and unless it’s a dodgy company based in China and takes weeks to arrive I’m going to have to contact the bank for a refund. Also looks like the positive reviews on here are also scams

Terrible customer service

Placed an order for one phone case over a week ago, still no update on delivery and they claim to despatch orders in 1-2 days. I have contacted them on multiple platforms and have had no response so far. Don’t know when or if I’ll ever receive my order! Definitely won’t be ordering from this company again and would advise everyone to steer clear. Shame I didn’t check these reviews before ordering.

I ordered a phone case for Christmas on the 1st of December, it didn’t arrive and they didn’t contact me. I then emailed numerous times and they didn’t respond I assume they’ve just taken the money and ran. Do not order from them!!

AVIOD THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS

Do not purchase from this website, their lack of communication is appalling. You cannot speak to anyone and their email just bounced back. Ordered some items as Christmas gifts with guaranteed delivery and did not arrive. Had had to contact my bank for a refund.

I came on to trust pilot to see if I had a reply to my previous review and to my surprise there was a FAKE review in my name giving a good review for this company! I have deleted it now, but it has made me even more angry! I can only presume I have now been hacked by this god awful company!

Fulfilment let’s them down

Ordered £30 worth of wrapping paper which said would be be delivered between 11-13th January’25 my fiends birthday is the 14th so perfect. No show by the 15th, birthday missed and still waiting. When looking on tracking, order still not even fulfilled. I could understand if this was December but January! I asked them to refund which they did, however, I’ve missed my friends birthday and now have to buy new paper which is generic, they could have offered a good will gesture but no, just cancelled. Very poor from a company that is very expensive. Will not use again.

Do not order from here.

Really wish I had checked reviews before ordering from here! I received the new iphone 16 Monday and in my excitement wanted to order a phone case. Placed an order late Monday night & paid Royal Mail 24 as I wanted to protect my phone as soon as possible. Expected the delivery Wednesday as I knew it wouldn’t be with me by Tuesday due to the time I made the order. It’s now Friday & still no phone case! I have emailed them to say it’s missing & to see if I can be refunded my postage as it was not within 24 hours & got an automated reply as well as others have to say to use the Live Chat. The Live Chat is no good, just like others have said & I have emailed their support email but had no response. Resigned to the fact now that they have taken my money but I will not be receiving any case from them.

Terrible service and a rip off BEWARE , OREDED TWO ITEMS one turned up 7 days late the other item was a phone cover for £35.00 never turned up , when i complained to pay paL they sent the tracker for the one item so i did not get my money bacK BEWARE THIS IS A CON SHOP

Look at the negative reviews before you buy!

I ordered a couple of phone cases in time for Xmas. My package did arrive in time however there was an item missing. I contacted the company straight away to rectify the problem but you are advised to use a bot with an automated service. Nobody replies back to you within the time frame that they state they would. My messages about the missing item was ignored and I had contacted them several times. Now I have eventually received a refund for the missing item but still no contact/ explanation as to why it was not sent in the first place. I did still want the phone case as it was a Xmas present even if they had sent it late but no explanation just an automated refund. I would avoid using this company even if the cost for products is cheaper.

Awful experience

Order never arrived after 5 weeks. Refund was issued but there is/was no way of contacting them.

I would absolutely not recommend.

Please avoid this company

Please avoid this company. Terms state items will be dispatched within 2 working days, over a week later and it’s still not been dispatched. Emailed the email address listed on their website and got an auto-response saying the email address is no longer in use and to use live chat.
Live chat isn’t live, doesn’t give you any opening hours, and there’s no response.

Would not order from here again, especially after seeing other reviews. Have requested my order is cancelled and refunded - if not done will be claiming a chargeback

Red Flags

I ordered 2 phonecases and additional gift wrapping for my husband for Christmas on the 23rd December.... Now the 6th Jan, my order still hasn't been dispatched. No response to my numerous emails of concern. I am really worried now that this is a scam company, and there is no contact number to be able to request a refund. I am very angry that I probably won't get my money back, and they weren't cheap either 😑 😡

Delivery takes forever

Delivery takes forever. Phonecase looks pretty, but after 1 week of using it, I have to replace it as it is splitting at edges. This is with normal usage.

Ordered a personalised phone case cover…

Ordered a personalised phone case cover for my wife for christmas. When received the printing was incorrect with lettering covering faces on one of the pictures, this would have been clearly obvious from the print I had ordered. I emailed the company on day of receipt to advise this was incorrect and would it be possible to send out a replacement before christmas. I have had no response to my numerous emails and a message sent on messenger. I Would not recommend this company at all and I am very disappointed with service I received.
