This is an awful business. Do not bother purchasing anything from Dyefor. My order hasn't arrived and every attempt to contact customer support via their "live chat function" has gone unanswered and ignored. My order still states it is "awaiting fulfillment". They are more than happy to take your money but do not ship your items out in the timely manner that is promised on their webite. I am really disappointed and will not be repurchasing from this sketchy company again.

After ordering my phone case and receiving confirmation email. I didn’t hear anything for 10 days even though I had messaged in the online chat. I then believed it to be a scam. However after 10 days I received an email saying it was on its way and within two days I got the phone case. It is of the highest quality and I’m over the moon with it. They definitely need to work on communication though.

DO NOT BYE FROM THEM. They are scammers. Bought an iPad case and been chasing them for weeks. Heard nothing back and their email bounces back. Plus. their chat function is useless - simply reports that your order is dispatched. DO NOT USE.

Do not use this company. I ordered three personalised phone cases. No progress was made on the order for a few weeks. I tried to contact them via email and messaging on shop app. They just ignored the messages. So I raised a dispute with my bank, who primarily refunded me. Miraculously they then started to process my order, then I received a delivery but only 1 case came when I’d paid for 3! But they’ve now made it look on shop and via the post office that they have sent all the items when they haven’t. So sneaky! I am still going ahead with dispute as I am still owed products. Wish I’d read reviews before purchasing!
There is no communication and I still haven’t had a single response from the company! Absolutely shocking and avoid at all costs.

Don’t waste your money! They’ve taken my money and supposedly placed the order, however I’ve heard nothing more! Been trying to contact them for 2 weeks with no response. I’m now escalating to my bank as it seems to be a scam!

Waiting for delivery - no comms. Support@ sends you into a loop to their website. Website sends you to chat (although they send you to the wrong place ha) and then chat didnt reply....
Don't normally have this issue, tried to track parcel to know joy.
Help me out get the parcel by Friday and I will amend the rating if a satisfaction resolution.
Also @trustpilot - they put 4.9 rating on their website.... doesnt seem right ??
quick update - had a tracking number for Royal Mail... doesnt work ;)
Final update - arrived, guess they picked up on me moaning. Product is bang average £18 for custom wrapping paper and looks poor.

I wouldn't bother with this company at all. Purchased on their Ebay store as postage was free compared to their website. I ordered personalised wrapping paper "Mrs Baker" for my soon to be wife on our wedding day on Friday. My first order didn't arrive, so they sent another order. When I received this, it had "Mrs Barker" on it. I double checked I had written it correctly and I actually confirmed the surname twice. I reached out and was told they would send another set which never arrived, again I contacted them. They then sent another copy out and again, received "Mrs Barker" after confirming three times. They now are ignoring all of my communication and this has all happened over 6 weeks from purchase date. I now don't have any nice wrapping paper for my wedding present and its thanks to these guys. The concept is amazing, the delivery of said concept is shocking. Avoid this company like the plague!

Awful company. I wish I read the reviews before I purchased. My order arrived missing two items and I have not been able to contact the company, I have tried emailing and using their online chat service and no response. Do not recommend at all.

First order never arrived!! Tracking from Royal Mail was invalid supposedly.
Requested a refund as reason for order had past.
Told company doesn’t do refunds as they are a small family business. But would do a free replacement.
Lots of chasing and several unresponded messages later, case finally turned up 3 weeks after actually needed it!!!

Under no circumstances use this company. I ordered 2 items for a birthday - one arrived a week late (so way past the birthday they were intended for), the other item still hasn't even been shipped and they have completely stopped replying to my requests.

I’m not sure what to think of this company. I’ve made 3 purchases with them over the past few years, a phone case and 2 suitcases. From what I remember, I didn’t have any issues with the phone case arriving. My partner ordered me a customised carry-on suitcase, I didn’t know until recently that he had trouble with them and it took a couple of months to arrive, but the product itself is really nice. I ordered a matching medium suitcase in December, unaware of the issues people have had. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt for a couple of weeks because I ordered just before Christmas, but weeks went on and no sign of the product. I thought great, I’ve been scammed, and what made it worse was their social media comments are all disabled and their email address wasn’t active, so you can only contact them via their live chat, which seems to be run by this one guy Henry (who I think actually owns to company also). I raised a case through Klarna and lo and behold that got Henry talking. He said I can’t get my product unless I closed the case…so, I did, not realising if he’s just tricked me I can’t reopen the case so if it’ll be a pain to get my money back if I don’t receive it. I continued to chase Henry on updates, and he says there were issues with the supplier. I said I’m happy to wait, as long as I get my suitcase. And as he promised, on a Tuesday afternoon my suitcase arrives, just as good quality as the smaller one I have. So ultimately, I’m really happy with the product quality, but I think the owner is having some kind of supplier issue and lacks communication. Half these reviews could probably be resolved if he just sent emails out stating the issues he’s facing and please be patient. But maybe I’m just being too kind

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Been waiting almost a month and no sign of my delivery. It's impossible to contact the company and they've disabled social media comments. My 9 year old daughter was so looking forward to a new phone case.
*Update. The item eventually came which to be fair was decent quality. Still, though they need to get at least some customer service.

If I could give a 0 I would. Ordered banners from this company for my daughter’s 13th birthday. They didn’t arrive, I contacted them via email and had an automated response to use their live chat. I messaged their live chat to have another automated response saying that they are a small company and they would get back within 24hours. This wasn’t the case, I then check the reviews to see a lot of other people are having the same problem. I wrote to them again saying about the reviews and how people are trying to get hold of them including myself but there’s never reply. I then messaged their TikTok account, Instagram account and Facebook account, no reply. Scanning through their Facebook account I found the email of the owner, a direct email, also didn’t have a reply from her. There is no number to ring to directly contact them. I had to go through my bank for them to dispute it and they gave me a refund and are currently in the process of trying to get hold of them.
Edit: I today (21/02/2025) had a reply, they were very apologetic, offered a discount code and seemed very genuine, like I said to them, it’s sad because he seemed lovely but with something so unreliable I couldn’t take that risk again.

Ordered a personalised phone case on 04/01. Since then I didn’t receive any updates on shipping, until I reached out to them on 10/01. Received a response from Henry on 14/01: ‘we printed your order yesterday however there is unfortunately an error with the design, and so we have sent this to the designer to be fixed. It shouldn't be too long - we appreciate your patience! Thanks, Henry’
Since then I’ve heard and seen nothing, no updates, no shipping numbers so finally logged it with my bank as a scam. Funds returned by the bank, still nothing from company, and seeing other recent reviews I’ve made the right call

Better late than never! Still wouldn't use the company again, not worth the wait I'm afraid (2 months+).
The worst company to deal with! Poor communication, and been waiting for almost 4 weeks! This purchace was made by my 14yr old with Xmas money. Just very bad, if only we'd seen the Facebook profile 1st. Very obvious they have ripped off many people. Made it so you can't even comment lol. Best I could do was lots of emoji faces on all posts 😡.

should have done my research. Spent over £100 one personalised items. Placed the order on 22nd January and still have not recean update. There is no customer service and no one to talk to about your order. I’ve tried contacting them via email, chat and instagram but no response. Seems like a scan to me. They’ve taken my money and not even bothered to update me about my order and won’t even issue a refund. Absolutely awful and horrendous.
