Ordered my cables March 28th. No information on shipping. Support no longer responds to any emails. 100% scam. Credit card company is currently investigating and hopefully charging back. Avoid.

Work from home, phone is plugged in most of the day. Previous cables would start giving connection issues within a few months of that. This one's been on my desk over a year and still connects first time, every time.

The person I spoke to when I had a question, I think her name was Kennedy, was actually helpful, not just copy-paste responses. Sorted everything in one go. Cable's been fine too, no complaints.

This reviews on the company as I have not received anything from this company that I ordered and it’s been over 30 days. All I have gotten is robots or AI responses fake tracking numbers and nothing else. I have gotten false promises that led to nothing do not waste your money or your time with this company. Go elsewhere to get the same product. These are coming from China somewhere who knows but they’re definitely not quality items nor quality company.

Like others, I've ordered products from this company and they've been stellar products. Something has happened to this company in a bad way. I ordered on Mar 12 and here we sit at Apr 10 and I just got a notification it was shipped. The tracking however is not standard and has absolutely 0 info other than ads to buy more stuff. I am scared to see what happens if I have a defective product. These are expensive products and it is unacceptable to be this bad at being a company. Someone tell them. Lol

Bad customer service literally sent emails to cancel right after order, they just let the the order ship and make you pay to send it back.

Had an issue with my cable after around 18 months. Messaged them and got a reply same day. They asked for a short video, I sent it, and they shipped a replacement. Didn't expect it to be that easy. Pleasantly surprised.

Not my first Titan cable, my last one lasted about 3 years before I retired it. Ordered again without really thinking twice. The new one arrived, works well, charges fast. Nothing more to add really.

The problem was eventually solved, but it several emails and with prove of postage to change the items. But when they got their act in gear. Service was excellent and back to normal. The item bought are as usual are of an excellent quantity.
Customer care answered the Email promptly if not at first trying to prove they arrived at their return UK Address. I will still recommend this company due to their quality of items sold.

Beware before you spend your money here.

I placed and paid for an order two weeks ago and despite the item being in-stock at the time of order, two follow-up emails and three messages to them across their various social media accounts, I’ve not received my item or any updates on its arrival since.

Reading other reviews of Titan Power Plus, the lack of updates or replies regarding paid orders seems common, so I’d advise others to shop elsewhere unless you want to risk paying your money but receiving nothing.

Everything delivered as described, got some freebies as a nice bonus, and contact with the company was fast and efficient.

Ordered these cords on 2/14. it is now 3/19 and they stopped responding to emails on 3/9

Horrible company ordered over a month ago still have not received product. Contacted company they respond intermittently, sent me two tracking number for my order and both were invalid. Called credit card company and having charges reversed. Stay far away from this company

Titan smart cables USB x 2 - absolute rubbish product with both failing (input bit snapping) within one month after purchasing in July 2025. Had high hopes for these but let down badly.

I guess I should have known better than to order from Titan again after the last time. Product is pretty good, but don’t expect it to arrive in a timely manner. Their email said “5-10 working days” … nah! Not really! Been over 12 working days and still not even a notice that the product has shipped!

Their customer service replied to my query in one day stating “ We have inquired about the status of your package with our shipping team and they will soon update us in this concern.”. I am still waiting… just like I had to do the last time I ordered from them. I do not recommend buying from them if your need is urgent… one could grow old and die before a shipment shows up!

The cables are working fine and are durable. Excellent and durable. Recommend!

Cords are great when they arrive.
Mine did not. For the second time.
Absolutely no reply to any of my reaching out to Titan Power +. But plenty of marketing emails in the mean time.

I would give zero stars if the platform allowed.
Their customer service responses take multiple emails and WEEKS to reply - despite their claim to answer inquiries in 2 days
They shipped my items 5 weeks later than promised and only after several inquiries.
The main item, wireless charging phone holder was clearly missing a threaded collar that secures the phone holder to the charger - even after sending a pic of the incomplete product, I was told no parts were missing.
Now they are ghosting me.
These guys are a joke.

Na twee jaar was oplaadkabel kapot gegaan. Na mailcontact en het opsturen van een filmpje een nieuwe kabel toegezonden gekregen. Het duurde wel bijna 2 maanden maar dat had ook met de reistijd te maken. Top service dus
