Phone cases with printed backs clear on the sides, so colour of the phone shoes through. It is a good job my phone is black other wise it would not have matched the coloured case. I also ordered a snowman case which looked like it had a white background but it is clear, so rather than a white snow scene it looks like a night time snow scene - good job my phone is not yellow as that would have looked odd! None of this was clear on the website.
Order took too long to arrive - ordered on 25/05 and finally arrived on 03/06. I assume the delay was because two of the cases were customised, although, if this were the case, then it should mention likely delivery times on the website. Neither were any of my messages answered when trying to contact the company via the chat, nor the email I sent either / poor customer care too!
I disagree with your reply. Whilst it says the snowman case is clear in the last sentence of the description, it is NOT shown as a clear case in the pictures, and it is the pictures that are the first thing people see. It is shown as a.) having a white background and b.) having black sides. The other two cases I purchased also show as having black sides which they have not - they are clear too. This is misleading.
I note your offer of credit on the shipping, but you are, or should be if you had checked my order, aware that I did not pay shipping costs as my order was over the minimum value, so this offer is pointless. Neither have you made any reference to the chat messages and email that you ignored too.

Marble wrapping paper showed glossy paper online, what I recieved is an extremely pixelated matte finish. At 18 pounds for the roll I certainly won’t be buying from here again. It’s so bad I won’t even wrap the presents I had planned to with it.

Henry went above and beyond to get my phone case delivered to me. He answered all emails quickly and efficiently. I will definitely order from them again !!

When I contacted the company via email to explain my items hadn’t arrived, I received a prompt response back from them apologising. Their message was sincere and genuine as they were really disappointed my goods had not been received.
They explained they were reliant on a ‘third party’ (Royal Mail) to deliver the items within timescale and had recently received feedback explaining others had been let down.
Their customer service was outstanding and they offered me a voucher to spend with them as a way of saying sorry (even though it wasn’t their fault).
They have gone the extra mile and I would recommend them to everyone.

Don’t waste you re money scammers i m still waiting for a phone case ordered nearly 2 weeks ago was promised delivery in 2-5 days!!!!

It’s unfair to treat people like this we work hard for our money to be taken off us …. I ve requested a refund but up to press no response

My husband ordered 2 personalised phone cases and and they did not arrive, Royal Mail had marked them as delivered. We contacted RM and they told us to contact supplier. We did this and Dyefor replied promptly and offered to have them shipped again, which we agreed too. They stayed on contact throughout and were very polite. Would recommend.

Poor quality product. Had had my picture phone case for a week and it began peeling. Now lost a good part of the pictures, real shame as I’ve had picture phone cases before and this has never happened

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Not even worth a star, i placed my order on 22nd Mar 2025 and paid £4.99 for the 1st class postage, estimated delivery within 2days.
Sent couple of emails to ask where my order was and even there was no any responses/updates til today 28thMarch.

Dreadful Quality and expensive. Purchased the airport arrivals wrapping paper as a colleague was leaving for a new job as cabin crew and thought this would be funny. Bought 3 sheets which come folded, so useless unless you wrap something tiny. Also as soon as you start handling the paper to try and wrap something then the print starts coming off, i don't seem to be able to attach photos. It's a nice idea but I've wasted £14 on this and could've bought her something else for the money.

Ordered a personalized phone case and screen protector, very good quality. It appeared it wasn't going to arrive when I thought it would so I messaged in the contact chat and the company replied within 24 hours and it got sent out quickly, communication was very good. Would buy again.

Sent a phone case that didn’t fit my phone despite them saying it should, it simply didn’t..
I had to pay to return it and then chase for a refund way too many times and raise a case with PayPal.
No email address, no phone number, no twitter, no Facebook no way to contact them

I have used this company a few times over the past couple of years no problem. However the order i placed recently was a disaster, the item was well overdue for dispatch, I emailed, I used their chat option- no response to numerous attempts at contact. After fourteen days I emailed informing them I would be going for cashback through my bank, the case was dispatched the next day and turned up some time later. No communication, no explanation. They are probably too busy selling their products on ebay now, I notice they are are all listed there at half the price although feedback isn't kind their either. A shame, this company used to be good.
