un bateau loué avec une cabine de moins que prévu sur le contrat et malgré cela rien à faire… Le bateau avec trois heures de retard obligeant une nuit au port… Étagères du frigo cassé et moitié de taille que sur le descriptif... rien à faire encore
Tout cela est malgré les insatisfactions et les courriers d'avocat n'ont abouti à rien avec une société basée à l'Île Maurice que faire pour récupérer quelque chose ?
Ah oui six mois après on a eu un courrier avec 5 % de remise sur le prochain voyage
S'il vous plaît éviter ces gens qui n'ont rien à faire dans le monde de la Voile et de la navigation et ses valeurs

The staff in the office were great. Brief was good. They were helpful when away from marina. Our water pump stopped working when anchored at South Molle Island, 2 lovely gentlemen sailed across to change it for us. The catamaran was well equipped and comfortable for our 5 night stay.

Staff was friendly, base was clean and well kept, but the boat was great. It was in terrif shape and everything worked well for us.

The skipper (Randy) was very reliable and nice. The route was fantastic with visits to beautiful beaches. Sailing was possible depending on the wind of course. People at the harbour were very nice. Organization is good. Very special vacation.

If you ever charter a yacht in Mallorca, take DreamYachtCharter! Booking is easy, the service is great, very friendly staff and the boats are well prepared. They have gasoline in the Marina so you don't have to refill yourself!
After Sales Support helped me with literally everything for preparing the trip. The Marina is save and proper. I can highly recommand this company!

In February of this year my wife and I spent 7 glorious days sailing the beautiful waters of French Polynesia with Dream Yachts.

This truly is the vacation of a lifetime.

As wonderful and lush as the islands are, truly the most beautiful places I've ever seen in my life, it is the ocean that steals one's heart. A blue, so deep, so soothing, so inviting, no paint could ever be created to capture this unique color. This place is indeed paradise on earth.

All through the research and booking and preparation, Dream Yachts folks were right there answering questions, making recommendations supporting the entire project.

We loved our boat - 54 foot Bali Catamaran - the AC ran cool, the shower in our berth ran hot, the head always flushed, all the sails worked, all the engines worked. Never once was there an issue with any of our equipment.

Captain John and the First Mate Hayna made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped aboard. Below, our stateroom was clean and well stocked for the voyage.

The Captain was very open to suggestions from the guests, we had a number of gentle discussions about things to make everyone more comfortable - it was not a problem.

In the mornings, coffee was fresh and there was always fresh fruit available.

This is our second cruise with Dream Yacht and we were as happy sailing in French Polynesia as we were sailing with them in Thailand.

We sailed past may traditional cruise ships and each time one passed, we secretly congratulated ourselves for choosing to sail with Dream Yachts and the way they do cruises. It's not for everyone but it certainly is our favorite way to cruise.

MiHai and Javier were wonderful! We felt safe, loved our itinerary, saw so much in 5 days and were very comfortable. Javier’s cooking was excellent, every meal (and fun snacks and desserts!) were delicious. We never had a chance to be hungry or thirsty. This trip, and crew, far exceeded our expectations! Thank you!!

Everything was fairly smooth. The boat was in good shape, the checkout team was hospitable and helpful, the islands were beautiful, and the return process was easy.

There were a few issues:
-One toilet seat broke but the toilets remained completely functional.
-The pull cord on our dinghy motor broke but staff came and replaced it the same day. I hate outboard motors.
-Our battery seemed to discharge remarkably quickly despite very low draw and regular generator running.
-Anchoring was nerve-wracking in part because we did not have enough chain to anchor safely in 9+ meters of water and we didn't have a snubber line or length marks on the anchor chain. These are some simple fixes that will make future charters feel more comfortable.

Otherwise, everything was amazing and the staff endeavored to fix the dinghy as quickly as possible. We appreciated everyone a ton!

recovery team was faboulus, magnifique. They came and rescued us under 5 min .
Front desk and manger was great also.

Maurice made it amazingly nice he did everything checked out the boat and he was great. In the office they were super helpful and everyone is very nice thank you to all of you.

Wir hatten über Ostern 2026 in Palma de Mallorca eine Dufour 530 Smart Electric von 2025. Gutes Boot, super Zustand, klar weil ja auch sehr neu. Unschlagbarer off season Preis. Aber vor allem: Sehr guter und professioneller Service von Dream Yacht Charter in Palma. Boot top sauber, gute Einweisung, jederzeitige 24h Erreichbarkeit während des Törn usw. Perfekt. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!!

We had an amazing time. Mislav(Mike) is a fabulous captain. He was easy going and calm and looked out for our safety the entire time. We love to snorkel and he found great spots for us. Margaret was amazing. The food was delicious and well prepared. We were all stuffed at the end of every meal and each of us probably gained 10 lbs from such good food! In addition, both of them were kind, personable and very easy to be around. Not only are they great at their jobs but they are wonderful humans also.
