Very helpful

First, buying it from Ash at the Waterlooville branch was amazing customer service. He was attentive without being pushy and really seemed to care about us finding the right products for our needs. The mattress calibration thing (forget the name of it) was great, haha. Also offered a tea or coffee, which was a nice touch, and suggested associated products that actually were useful, and again, didn't push, but explained their benefits. So yes, that was a great experience. Then the communication building towards delivery was excellent and ensured we knew when it would arrive and did indeed arrive exactly when said. We even got a phone call from the driver the morning of, confirming he was on route and expected delivery time. They were also extremely efficient when delivering and bringing it in. Basically, I cannot fault the service from the shop floor to delivery, and of course, the quality of the product. Highly recommend Dreams.

We had a great in store experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. And the delivery was great! We are happy with our new beds and mattresses.

Having had Tempur mattresses before we knew what we wanted. Laying on a Tempur Ease smart cool mattress confirmed our choice and choosing and ordering at Waterlooville with Robin was simplicity itself. The care, advice and service in delivering the new mattress and removing the old led by Drew and supported by Steve was exemplary. We love the new mattress.

Staff were friendly and helpful from when we ordered in the shop, they didn't push you in to a decision, when mattress was delivered staff put slippers over there shoes to take it upstairs, again they were both friendly and polite, very pleased with our purchase and excellent service from everyone

We wanted the same mattress previously purchased for another bed to go with a new otterman bed. This was found and sorted out with minimal fuss. We were shown the bed type we wanted and the relevant discounts. Very friendly efficient customer service and good quality products which last.

We had brillant service from Robin made us feel comfortable and gave us all the advice we needed The mattresse and pillow delivered and we love it

Whilst I had a good experience with this company I do think the charges for delivery especially to a specific room are rather high. Also the charge to recycle the old product. No wonder you see abandoned mattresses all over the place.

We went in knowing the sort of mattress that we wanted, the salesman at Waterlooville showed us what was available with the details we have given him.
He then gave us some space to discuss it between ourselves, we then called him back and made the purchase. We were given a delivery time to suit us.
On the delivery date, driver gave us a call before they arrived which was early, asking would it be ok to deliver we said yes, delivery was smooth and driver was pleased that the old mattress was in the bag and ready to go.
Couldn't be more pleased with our new Mattress.

Friendly expert delivery guys

Well the two young men that brought our new mattress was very helpful told us what to do before we sleep on it ,they even coved their out door shoes before coming in to the house very efficient and friendly. Well done lads .

This was our second attempt to purchase new beds, our first attempt at a different branch didn't go to plan, so we cancelled our order and waited a few weeks then tried again, taking the paperwork into Waterlooville where the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a better experience and a successful outcome. We've had our new beds for almost two weeks now, and we're very happy with our purchases. Would definitely recommend, and wouldn't hesitate to go back to Dreams for additional purchases.
