The whole process was very easy and our new bed arrived without hitch.
The bed creeks when I turn over. I only weigh 10 stone so I wasn't expecting this. It wakes me up and is really bothering me.

Helpful staff, found a very comfortable bed at a very reasonable price. Extended warranty seems a good deal.for the price and delivery time was 2 weeks and again, a good price.

Dreams really are dreams. My sleep pattern changed as soon as I slept on the new mattress. Sales person not pushy. Explained information when needed and I was able to make an informed decision.

Very professional from purchase to delivery

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and informed. Plus prompt delivery.

An awful experience, staff refused to take bed away only after they had removed it from the property and left it in the street, even though they had been paid to remove it. This is classed as fly tipping.
If they said before they would not take it away the order would have been cancelled. Left a disabled lady to move the old bed off the public path, a disgraceful company.

Went to purchase a bed and new mattress. Found what we wanted and the sales team completed the paperwork very quickly. Bed and mattress was delivered on the required date. Very simple process from start to finish.

The purchase in store at Waterlooville was great staff very helpful, gave us good advise and were very knowledgeable of dreams products. Also the delivery and installation went without a hitch & both of the guys were very pleasant and gave us great feeling of confidence in our purchase, also cleared any rubbish ie cardboard packaging and gave us instruction how to use the controls for the bed base positioning. Great service from the store right through to delivery and installation. Very pleased with our purchase and are enjoying the best nights sleep we have had for years.

What a horrible experience with their delivery. One of my dogs got nervous and pooped in the bathroom when delivery guys here so they refused to put the bed together in the bedroom and didn't tell me the dog had pooped until they told me they were leaving. As a disabled person I as disgusted that they have left me with 2 pieces of a bed I am unable to put together.

Great customer service in store. Everything was made clear, even had a superb pillow for free!
