James was absolutely excellent in terms of his demeanour, effective communication, explanations and not too intrusive in terms of 'selling a sale'. When we further clarified our requirements, James' took these on-board and came up with a solution that met all requirements. Great welcome from our arrival to our departure. Excellent proffessional service and advice given which resulted in our purchase of a new mattress.

Our experience of buying a mattress was a pleasant one. After wandering around the shop we were approached by a member of staff who showed us a few to give us an idea of what we were looking for. She was very polite and helpful.

Bought a King size Therapur ActiGel Glacier 3600 mattress just over 2 years ago. Over this time period, the mattress has sagged on one side which causes me lower back and hip pain. The other side is raised due to the sagging and presses into my shoulders and ribs. Also, the bed springs protrude out on the sagging side, the opposite side you cannot feel any springs.

Last week they sent a guy out to assess the bed.

He first suggested it wasn't a king size frame for the mattress? How would the mattress fit exactly in the frame if it was not a King Size frame? He used tools to measure the sagging which was 'normal,' apparently it's normal for so much sagging that causes pain.

A very expensive mattress that lasted just two years and a inspection process that is laughable had it not been so expensive.

Avoid Dreams at all costs, find a professional company that will not treat you like a fool.

Very helpful and friendly assistant. Not rushed, plenty of time to try out mattresses. Very pleased with base and headboard. Mattress very comfortable and importantly doesn't need turning. Was a little more expensive than expected but worth it for a comfortable nights sleep.

I thought that the service from start to finish was excellent,as the staff Simon and Luke were friendly polite and very professional and very efficient.
Nothing was to much trouble for them and I would certainly recommend them.

Friendly honest help in store, no pressure , lots of time to choose the right combination. Delivery was on time. The otter an bed went together well. Cant judge my sleep quality yet due to the extreme heatwave we are experiencing at the moment

Delivery was perfect, came on time and all arrived safely. In store service was brilliant and the bed is absolutely amazing!

Every detail of our experience was good. We were given excellent advice and support in the shop. Every detail of the purchase and delivery were explained and any questions answered. Delivery was punctual and without any hitches. We were kept informed of date and time slot

Excellent sales person who was wellinformed about their stock and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. She guided us through details of delivery etc.
The beds were delivered ( and old beds taken. away) by two polite and helpful delivery drivers who did the job efficiently and with a minimum of disruption.
