it was great to be served by John, and his glamorous assistant Beth. every thing explained clearly and simply. best bit, there had been a campaign th get a lift installed. brilliant. without that lift to upstairs you would have lost a sale. think about beds for the disabled? at a better price than the ripoff merchants in the care supply world. thanks

As soon as i walk into the store at ladybay retail park nottingham i was greeted with a warm welcome and i told the helper what i was looking for he pointed some mattresses out includeing the team gb matress i tried and it felt right so ordered it same with the bed took 2wks to deliver and when it was delivered the two lads was amazing they was quick and tidy when they finished they explained everything what to do with mattress and the bed so from top to bottom brilliant

Delivery was on time. The guys wore covers over their shoes. They were quick and efficient and did an excellent job. They removed all packaging too.

I visited your Nottingham store yesterday. The three sales persons continued sitting at their computers the entire time and made no effort to engage me in conversation or to show me the bed I had asked about, simply stating "oh yes it's upstairs". Not very impressive sales technique tbh. I left

Very pleased with our mattress James who assisted us in the store was brilliant and help make it an enjoyable experience to pick our mattress.
Delivery was on time and Samuel was very helpful making sure everything was ok

David was brilliant, he was not pushy. He explained all the pros and cons. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable in our decision.

Delivery was straightforward and quick. The 2 lads picked up the old mattress and delivered the new mattress to the designated room in no time.
