Keb and Luke did an excellent job of removing the old bed and installing the new one.
The bed itself is excellent. Have spent many happy hours sleeping on it.
The delivery experience and the bed itself cannot be faulted.

We have bought two mattresses from Dreams recently. Rod at Cribbs Causeway was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right mattress. Both times, items were easy to order. There was clear communication about delivery. Great service. Very pleased with both purchases.

Excellent help and advice - so much more than just being encourage to lie on the mattresses for a few minutes. Really understood what makes a good and suitable mattress for your own needs.

Bought the Duxford bed frame in double size. Solid bed frame, great quality. Building it myself was a big challenge, I'd recommend that the Dreams guys do the assembly, it's worth every penny!

When I arrived at the dreams bed shop in cribbs causeway and met by the salesman Daniel .
I told him what I was looking for a mattress for a small double bed. Daniel took me Iver to the mattress machine and explained what the machine would. I was very impressed. After the machine took all the necessary measurements etc Daniel then showed me and members of the family type of mattress I required. Daniel also offered us a drink of tea, coffee, etc if we wanted one.

I eventually chose the silent Night mattress as it was very comfortable.

I received my new Silent Night mattress on 28 Jan. 2026 just before lunchtime .
The delivery men notified me the day before about the approx time they would arrive on the delivery day.
The delivery men were very professional, and polite.
I am very pleased with my new mattress and sleep very well.

The instore experience was excellent and the service received top notch. We found a mattress that was lovely and soft and squishy so an order was placed. The mattress we received is not soft and squishy unfortunately. We've given it a couple of weeks to "bed" in but it hasn't got any softer. There's little point in swapping it for another one as the mattress you try in store is obviously different to the one that is subsequently delivered. We don't hate the one we've received, but we certainly don't love it. Shame.

Great care was taken of me when deciding upon my order, to make sure the decisions were the correct ones. I didn’t have to wait long for delivery. The Bed and headboard were set up for me, and gave me an extremely comfortable nights sleep, that night and ever since. It is great to have storage space upon the drawers under the bed.
