I met a lovely gentleman called Rod at Dream Cribs, Causeway, Bristol. He made me feel very welcome, offered me a drink, and took the time to show me around. He showed me a machines and different mattresses that were within my budget, without any pressure.

I’m very pleased with my purchase. The price was excellent, and the customer service was fantastic. Rod was friendly, helpful and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend Dream Cribs. Thank you, Rod, for such a great experience!

I had an excellent experience at the Cribbs Causeway branch . All the staff were lovely , knowledgeable and helpful. Ordering was straight forward . The store gave me a delivery date before leaving and communication, texts and emails brilliant. They also have in store telephones ! I purchased a Harrison Spinks sprung divan base . Excellent quality and delivered within 3 weeks. Competively priced too. I only wished I'd ordered my mattress from them instead of from JL. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them in future.

We visited Dreams Cribbs Causeway yesterday to buy a mattress for my teenage daughter and genuinely had such a brilliant experience from start to finish, thanks to Rod. Who knew buying a mattress could actually be so much fun?!

The whole process was really impressive — you begin with a survey which helps the computerised bed recommend the most suitable mattresses for you, then all that’s left to do is grab a pillow and try them out. It made the experience feel relaxed, easy and actually enjoyable rather than overwhelming.

Rod was fantastic throughout. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and never pushy, giving us plenty of time to test different options while guiding us when we needed help. My daughter and I both felt completely looked after.

We ended up ordering the perfect mattress, even though we still have loads of decorating to do and are nowhere near ready for delivery yet! Rod was incredibly accommodating and happily arranged a delayed delivery date to suit us, while also explaining that we could have it much sooner if we wanted.

Excellent customer service, a great shopping experience and a big thank you to Rod for making it so enjoyable.

The shop staff very helpful and good information on the process of selecting and ordering. The delivery team were fantastic and quickly assembled the bed and gave instruction on raising of the bed and the safety strut. Highly recommended

We had an amazing experience and James explained everything down to the final details.
The delivery was on time and the men that delivered our mattress were polite and friendly.
Nothing was to much trouble.

From the friendly greetings and product intel of the helpful store assistants (especially Rob) to the on-the-ball admin workers keeping track of schedules and payments, and the team that delivered my "dream mattress" and assembled my "dream bed" in super-fast time (all protective packaging was also removed) ... buying from Dreams was an all-around excellent experience.

Tom at the Cribbs Causeway store in Bristol was polite, friendly and professional. He put us at ease immediately and was very knowledgeable about the product range. He helped us to choose the right products for us.
