What a great store Bognor is. The assistant was knowledgeable, informative and very nice. It was made so easy for us to find the mattress we wanted. The delivery guys were brilliant and the whole experience was great.

From the moment we entered the store near Bognor we were treated as V.I.Ps service was fantastic offered coffee went on the mattress machine. No hards sell made entire experience fun trying out different kinds of mattress to make sure we chose the right one. Delivery was an issue but the salesman was brilliant and called other branches to get our mattress delivered with in the week instead of 3+ week. Delivery guys really polite and helpful xxxx

We needed new divan base and we're not sure what met our requirements but staff member who assisted us knew what variants were available for the different bases and helped us complete our order to our satisfaction

From the time we entered the shop it was an easy enjoyable experience. The staff were polite attentive and knew the products. We left buying a fabulous mattress which is, so far, really comfortable.

No pressure when in store,very helpful staff,purchased Padstow team Gb,delivery men very helpful,found it very uncomfortable for first two weeks,but now very comfortable and sleeping very well.

From popping in to just have a look, the sales team were friendly & polite. They offered helpful advice & we left having placed an order!

We visited the store to look at options for replacing our bed. We were swiftly greeted by Mark who was friendly and informative. He discussed our needs, showed us the range of stock, and gave us time to try out different beds and the range of mattress types. Using the Bedmaster was an interesting experience, and helped us narrow down our search.

Once we made our choice, he helped us explore all the options for base and mattress: we decided to stay with Super King size, but this time with a Tempur single piece mattress (our old bed was 2 x 3' zip and link). We are very satisfied with our choice, and Mark worked through the offers and accessories to give us exactly what we needed. We decided to use the 0% finance over 20 months, signed everything necessary, and left the store smiling.

The thorough presentation and support from Mark was first class. We look forward to delivery in early March, and were pleased that the company offer the disposal service for our old bed. All round, and in every respect, a very good experience. Thank you.

For something that is actually difficult to buy but knowing you have bought the right product is what Dreams are very good at. The service was good and very helpful, a wide range of products on offer and a machine to point you in the right direction for your needs.

Customer service, wonderful

Very good relaxed service and a cup of tea while we shopped! . Very informative and patient! The mattress itself was said to be most comfortable by our guests, so all well thank you. Happy New Year

The service was second to none and staff at the Dreams Bognor Regis branch are still as good as when we bought our last mattress 11/12 years ago! A non pressurising, highly knowledgably & hospitably sales person made the whole process of testing & buying a new mattress & pillows easy from start to finish.
