I had a good experience in store, I was able to try all the mattresses, the staff were knowledgeable and happy.

Brilliant service from Mellissa. Came into Bognor Dreams after being recommended by a family member. I could not fault the service we received. We were offered tea, coffee or water and our requirements very quickly established. We went on a mattress that suggested suitable mattress options. Mellissa gave us pillows so we could try different options and was very knowledgeable about the products. After our selection we decided to buy a mattress for our son as well. There was no pressure to buy and we were not rushed at all. We were also offered extended warranty which we took as it seems good value. Thank you Mellissa, you are a credit to the Dreams team.

Delivery and service very good. We did have a manufacturing issue with one of the divan bases we purchased, however this was dealt with very efficiently by our local branch and we are very satisfied. Recommended -Thank You

Very happy with my new bed , the guys that assembled it were great .
Only one problem , I realise my bedroom isn’t the biggest but if possible could someone come & move the bed over a foot or so .So I can get into my wardrobes.
Your help on this matter would be greatly appreciated as the bed is much too heavy for a disabled lady to move .🙏🤦‍♀️

Good in store experience which was further enhanced by staff support and knowledge. After trying several mattress options settled on the Knighton King. Reasonable price paid, delivered promptly and now enjoying a decent nights sleep. All in all a good experience.

Helped with choosing and ones and have nothing but patience and kindness. We spent hours there trying out all the mattresses. Mark was full of product knowledge and customer care. So the trust was built straight away. Thanks to Mark and his team for keeping my daughter at bay whilst me and my husband made such a tough decision.
