Very disappointed customer.

We recently bought a Hutchin single bed and Doze Aria mattress for our grandson's visit at Easter (Total £376). The service in the store was excellent - friendly and very efficient; couldn't fault the gentlemen who served us. However, when the product actually arrived we were very shocked by the poor quality of the finish on the bed. Once we had assembled the bed we noticed that the headboard had clearly been damaged in transit and then painted over. The mattress was extremely hard although luckily I had bought a deep mattress topper so this made it bearable to sleep on (I trialled it the day before family arrived !). The bed was not expensive but neither was it cheap - the quality of IKEA furniture is much higher and much better value. In summary we wouldn't purchase a bed from Dreams again and had we not needed the bed urgently we would have returned it.

Walked in just to browse mattress types; tried the sleepmatch demo and left with a mattress and two pillows! Due to honest, impartial & knowledgeable advice.

Gary at the Ashford store was really helpful and patient whilst I bounced on all the beds. The delivery arrived on time and the guys who delivered my lovely new bed were very professional. They put my new bed together and took all the rubbish within about 20 minutes. My super king bed is perfect.

Great experience at the Ashford Dreams store, staff was really helpful and very knowledgeable and we found the perfect mattress for us. The only down side was that there were no any wooden beds on display so we couldn't see the color or feel the material of the bed frame in person. We are extremely happy with both the mattress and the bed frame and we simply can't wait to go to bed in the evening. The color of the bed frame was slightly different and darker than on the website.
Delivery was very easy to arrange and the team did keep in touch all the time. Assembly was done quickly and all rubbish taken as well.

Received my new mattress and like the last one from Dreams when we bought the bed frame it fits perfect and gives such a nice sleep. I wake up feeling that I have had a restful night. Dreams always have quality beds.

This has been a shocking experience quite frankly. I have had to deal with a rude manager in store, and rude customer service representatives online. When the bed arrived, it literally didn’t fit together!! After waiting 3 months for a delivery, on a bed built to order, they didn’t manage to build a bed that could actually be built. The foot board was not made correctly. So we call up the store, don’t even get an apology (!) and are immediately palmed off on customer service. We call them up and order a replacement footboard and are told it will take a whole week! So I have to sleep on the floor with my terrible back for a week. Then the replacement arrives and what did they send? A headboard!!!! Not a footboard! Unbelievable. The delivery team tell us we will get the correct one driven down to us this afternoon. We call customer services and they tell us they can’t give us another foot board for another TWO WEEKS!!! For a company that is called “Dreams” it is a bit shocking that I will have had to spend nearly a month sleeping on the floor in agony. On top of this, the customer service representative (Noreen) was extremely rude and argumentative on the phone and made it about as clear as humanly possible that she didn’t care at all. The absolute best she was prepared to do was send an email on our behalf!!! And she is supposedly on the management team! Absolutely shocking. Then she tries to act like it’s our problem we work full time and can’t accept the delivery in the middle of the week. Genuinely shocked at the experience. I don’t think I have ever had a company speak to me the way Dreams have, or treat me the way Dreams have. Clearly they are as nice as they can possibly be until they have your money and then they couldn’t care less.

Excellent customer service at your Ashford branch. Details of each product were explained to us in full without pushy salesmanship. We were made to feel welcome and the whole experience felt very friendly and relaxed. Based on our own experience I would recommend Dreams.

Wow! What a suggestion by executive Gary at Dreams Ashford. We are amazed at the comfort on our new Silent night Thornbury mattress, highly recommended.. It's firm and comfy, just the right balance we were after...

Dreams were excellent from the showroom to the delivery. The sales staff were friendly and informative without being pushy, which is unusual with some other competitors. The delivery was just as smooth, on the whole an overall enjoyable experience.

Excellent friendly customer service. Helped choose the right mattress & divan base for my mum without pushing the most expensive. Good pricing . Would highly recommend.

Ashford Business Park: Super friendly and attentive staff (aka Gary), help us from A to Z with purchasing our first mattress. Gave honest opinions on what would suit our needs and didn’t feel any pressure to buy the most expensive option or additional add-ons.

Very happy with our experience at Dreams. Mark was very professional and friendly and assessed our requirements whilst listening to our needs. At no point were we put under pressure to buy anything. First class service as it should be. I recommend this store.

Ashford store team is absulutly fantastic..very happy with costumer service well done for good job..also the day when I received my order delivery guys was fabulous...I was alone at home with my baby so I ask them if they can carry the intemes to the first floor of my house...very polite and kind service well done 👏
