I was searching for our bucket list holiday to South Africa for a safari. As this has been something we have wanted to do for some time, I thought it was best to benefit from a travel agent. I provided Leigh-Ann a high-level overview of what we would like to do and Leigh-Ann crafted an itinerary together. Leigh-Ann was extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole journey. Once booked, Leigh-Ann set me up with an app with the whole itinerary and one week prior to departure contacted me to run through the package and any docs required. Nothing was too

3 nights in a good boutique hotel in old town Lisbon with some excellent local meals and a trip to Sintra as well. This followed by collecting a hire car and 4 nights in two different Pousadas , first in Estramoz which was like being inside a beautifully furnished old museum, very special stay with some excellent meals. Followed by a stay in Pousada Alcacar set inside the walls of an old convent, more modern with an excellent restaurant food and pool area.....very good mixed trip holiday with good service for Paige at DialAFlight

So pleased we booked through Jerry Bushnell our Travel Manager. We wanted to travel to Singapore but we were very unsure with flights due to the Iran War. Jerry listened and soon gave us his expertise and recommend direct flights with British Airways and his own experience of Singapore itself and places to see. We had a fabulous relaxing holiday with peace of mind flying home. We cannot thank Jerry and DialAFlight enough and will be recommending them to our friends and family. Jessie helped us with a very last minute booking, she was honest about the airline chosen and give us alternative options as well as general feedback for us to make a decision on the airline.
The flight was much better than expected, but it was great to be able to manage expectations from the start.

We had to change our travel plans twice. Once because of illness, and then we were due to fly to Australia via Abu Dhabi, where we were going to stay for ten days, but a few days before we were due to fly, there was trouble in the Middle East. We hastily changed our flight to go via Singapore, and put our trip back by a week. Michael dealt with the changes calmly, and expertly. The changes went seamlessly. We are in Australia at the moment, and the flights, transfers and hotel in Singapore went perfectly. We will definitely book with them again, and would recommend them to friends and colleagues.

We had a tailor made fly drive trip to Tuscany. We were able to specify the cities we wanted to stay in and change
the hotels where we wanted them closer to the centre. Neil fixed a last minute hitch on Sunday morning when I was worried that I might be too old to drive (77) with a hire car in Italy. He swapped us to Hertz which has no age limit. The hotels were all good and two were very special!

Yet another trip, this time a holiday of a lifetime to Singapore and New Zealand.
All organised by Guy and delivered to perfection.
Six flights just at a time when the Israel & USA conflict started! We were really glad we hadn’t chose to fly via Dubai otherwise the problems would have been many!
The stopover with transfers in Singapore went completely to plan, as did our ongoing flight to Auckland. The tour recommended by Guy was very comprehensive and well organised. As a destination over 12,000 miles away, not one that we are likely to repeat, but loved it all.
Our flights were all business class with lounges at every transition. To be honest, the main advantage on a 12 hour plus flight is really the space to sleep. The lounges just add a touch of luxury and calmness.
Perhaps the weather wasn’t part of the Dial a Flight service, but we were so lucky with that too.

I was recommended Jeff at DialAFlight and am so glad we took the advice! Brilliant, friendly service and very responsive. Our travel plans became a little complex but Jeff calmly sorted them out and we had very smooth and pleasant journeys. We have been using Travis at Dial a Flight for many years now and have always found that he goes over and above to help us. Travis had booked a holiday to Dubai for our daughter leaving on 3/4 and he handled the situation with true professionalism and patience. Nick at DialAFlight helped us choose and organise our holiday this year giving us great advice on what would suit us. He always gets it right. We have used Nick many times in the past and find his attention to small details exceptional which is most helpful as we are fairly elderly. He has seen us through complicated visa applications, customs clearance and "apps" which we find difficult to navigate. He has organised airport drop offs and collections brilliantly so we always feel confident someone will be there at the other end. Our travels to Australia and New Zealand were very successful, right down to Nick getting our seating arrangements on the flights absolutely perfect.

From the day we called to ask for a quotation, right through to setting off on our Far East adventure to three countries, everything was dealt with in a friendly and most efficient way. Fraser handled everything for us and offered his first hand experience of the destinations.
He even called us a few days before departure to check everything was ok.

We booked a two week trip to Abu Dhabi through Louie Cranshaw at Dialaflight. We found Louie to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any query that we had. After war broke out and Foreign Office advice recommended not to travel, Louie was equally professional in organising our refund. We will definitely look to Dialaflight to book our next trip to AbuDhabi once the current issues have been resolved. But because of the service provided, we are also about to book a new cruise holiday, through Louie, for June this year. We would highly recommend both Louie and Dialaflight.

I've had several issues where I've had to re-arrange flight dates, but DialAFlight rises to the occasion, sorting everything.

I've requested "special assistance" when traveling - no problem. I've asked for assigned seats on flights - no problem. I need a last-minute reservation at a hotel - no problem.

They even send reminders and advise what documents will be needed for international travel.
