Our flight home with Qatar Airways from Thailand was cancelled due to the Iran crisis. We contacted Sadie at DialAFlight, who was on the case immediately. An acceptable option was agreed, transferring to Turkish Airlines and re-routing via Istanbul, made us feel very re-assured and a lot more comfortable by-passing the Middle East. We were able to relax and enjoy the extra 4 days we had due to the switch.
Can't thank Sadie and the team enough, for their brilliant customer service and professionalism.

I keep meaning to write a review about Tristan from Dial a flight so here it goes. I have used Tristan for a number of my holidays and all have been amazing ranging from India, South Africa, Peru and Bali and other places . Anyway , I have just returned from my latest incredible trip to Vietnam, all organised by Tristan at DialAFlight, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
I’ve been booking my holidays with Tristan for around 20 years now, and the service has always been consistently excellent—but this trip really stood out. Every detail was taken care of, from flights to transfers, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
Vietnam itself was absolutely amazing, but what made the experience stress-free was knowing Tristan had everything under control. He really listens to what you want and puts together something tailored, not just a standard package.
It’s rare these days to have that level of personal service and trust, which is why I keep coming back year after year. I have also recommended him to a number of people

We were delighted with Leah who organised our travel to New Zealand and back. She was very efficient and knowledgeable and gave us complete confidence . When our return flights via Dubai were cancelled because of the Iran War, she was able to book new flights avoiding the Middle East. I'm 74. I went to Japan, on my own. I have difficulty remembering things. And get nervous. The whole team at DialAFlight, were very helpful and patient, polite and friendly. I have booked a few holidays with the incredible Eve for many years now, I’d say my first holiday with Eve was 2010 when I booked a girls trip to New York, and then Las Vegas. Since then I’ve got married, had two kids and Eve is still my go to. Not only does she find amazing deals, but she is so lovely. My most recent trip was a surprise holiday to Abu Dhabi for my husbands 40th.Eve found me such a good deal. I’m forever grateful for this lady, she’s honestly the best!

Alan and the team were amazing as I was stranded in Thailand as unable to fly back to the UK via Dubai. My flight had to be re-arranged twice, the customer service I received was excellent and put my mind at ease during this uncertain time.
I would highly recommend DialAFlight, especially Alan as nothing was too much trouble. The team on the whole were also very helpful.

Whilst on holiday in Thailand our flights were delayed multiple times due to the chaos caused by the middle east war which gave us many problems least of all vital medication Thank Goodness, we booked with DialAflight in particular Mr William Young who guided us through what was a very difficult time even making calls to us in Thailand keeping us UpToDate with what was a very fluid scenario. in the end William arranged another flight for us and eased us through the process even arranging assisted travel for my wife
I will use DialAflight for all my future bookings cannot recommend them enough

We booked a 40 days adventure in New Zealand only 6 weeks prior to departure which was a bit of a challenge for the travel agent. Dialaflight came back with a great itinerary. Everything was booked for us (flights, transfers, Hotels and Excursions).
Everything went absolutely like clockwork so we can't thank the team enough for their efficiency and professionalism.
At the end of the trip our flight got delayed 2 days due to current events but again our agent booked us in a hotel for 2 nights immediately so we didn't have to worry.

Today I called Dialaflight and spoke to Stacey Rainer who booked my flights to Australia. She came up with recommendations for alternative carriers to avoid the troubles in the Middle East and efficiently amended my booking when I made changes.

I have used DialAFlight on several occasions and found them extremely helpful and efficient. However this last time in February when I used their London office and had to make changes my itinerary I found it very difficult to follow the new itinerary as it had been merged with my original itinerary and I had difficulty in finding out the actual cost of the new flight

All went well were able to get times and seats we wanted. DialAFlight kept in touch with us throughout.

This is the second time we’ve booked with DialAFlight.
We recently travelled to New Zealand, and due to the Middle East crisis our flights home were cancelled. Prior to the cancellation our travel manager Donovan got in touch, and explained our options. When the flights were cancelled, he quickly arranged flights on an alternative route for us. It was all sorted out for us with the minimum of fuss and at no extra cost. I am sure that the process would have been much more difficult for us to resolve had we booked the flights independently, and I was very glad that we had booked through DialAFlight.
The car hire arranged for us was also very competitively priced.
I would definitely recommend Donovan and his team.

With all the uncertainty over travel at present, it was such a comfort to know we would be able to contact Eric / DialAFlight to help if plans had to change.
