Straight-talking and helpful staff who were good at meeting my needs, which involved coordinating flights from London and Berlin to Manila via Istanbul. Perhaps not the most complex task, but I felt comfortable and confident putting the task of folk who helped to organise a memorable trip to Australia in 2019.

I was so nervous to do a long-haul holiday, all the things to organise, all the things that could go wrong - a friend suggested DialAFlight, I got in touch with Nicky Degun and she literally took all the stress away. The team helped me choose beautiful hotels, a stress free journey to them with planes and awaiting transfer cars plus passenger assistance all the way. NEVER have I had such a relaxing holiday. The whole booking experience was quick and efficient. Helping to find the right destination (both with regards to country and resort) took personal preferences and budget into account.

My travel agent Dexter at DialaFlight was very helpful when there was a problem with the hotel booking. They organised a refund immediately and also helped with online check-in.

I recently travelled to New York and it was hassle-free! Peter scheduled my flights to reduce the effects of jet-lag and it worked really well. Guy Foskin is a superstar, he recommended and booked us 2 Hotels ( 1st) in Hawaiii which was fabulous, central to shops / entertainment and yards away from the Beach, the (2nd) Hotel was very convenient for the Airport and had the bonus of a free shuttle service to and from the Airport. Guy booked our seats checked checked everything was ok before departure. His Customer Service Skills are excellent and he is an Asset to your Company. We would highly recommend him and Dial a Flight to anyone travelling in the future .

Returned recently from an extended trip organised by my go to travel advisor of many years Roray at Dialaflight concierge. We were caught up in the Middle East situation and concerned by the many stories from people at the hotel who were unable to get return flights back to the UK or were offered 25 hour flights to get back after being forced to extend stays at hotels at their own cost.Fortunately we had Roray from Dialaflight in our corner who calmly and professionally managed our return flights with an alternative carrier at no extra cost, no extra time at the hotel and the same flight time as the original flight.Roray demonstrated the benefits of dealing with a reputable and experienced company where you really feel in safe hands, I can’t think of any situation where I would use anyone else

My friend and I went to Sri Lanka for 3 weeks in February and I was there for 8 weeks due to the Middle East war ! Thank goodness we had booked through Dial A Flight , Dear Noah has always booked my flights , he is efficient, charming and very patient , but this time he was quite invaluable, he rang every day as our flights were cancelled time and time again. When my friend eventually got away , her new flights were cancelled twice whilst at the airport. He guided her through, rebooking her each time the flight was cancelled . He was completely wonderful.

Travelling through Dubai at this politically difficult time was always going to be a challenge. But Theo from dial a flight, was always available as a real person to guide us through and to reassure us about any misgivings that I had. Speaking rather than txt was so valuable. Without Theo I would have cancelled the trip I’d planned for more than six months, therefore disappointing 3 grandchildren who were reuniting after nearly 2 years. I have travelled with dial a flight on long haul flights to Australia most of the time my contact has been Theo who has been consistently helpful every time I have contacted him over the last few years. If I have rung and Theo is not available any member of staff that answers the phone is so helpful and can see exactly where we are with my booking.
I had cause to ring them on one occasion outside of normal working hours(early morning) due to an issue at check in with my visa, the staff member I spoke to talked to me to calm me down and sorted out the issue with no fuss.
I also I had cause to reclaim some fees for excess baggage and they sorted all that out for me as well. I ca not recommend these highly enough.

We have used Dial A Flight a number of times over the years and will always use Jessie Addington. She makes the booking experience very easy, finding the best price possible and excellent communication throughout the whole process, even calling a few days before we travelled to assure us everything was all ok, to calling whilst away and then upon our return to ensure everything had gone to plan.
Having the emergency number to contact whilst travelling is fantastic, we had missed a connecting flight in Heathrow and BA weren’t being very helpful so I called the emergency number and spoke with Callum who rebooked us on another flight within minutes so we could continue our onward journey , the BA alternative leaving a day later.
Dial A Flight are very lucky to have both Jessie and Callum , they are excellent at what they do!!
