Although we’d already chosen the sofa we wanted, Helen made the whole purchasing process an absolute pleasure. She was warm, friendly, incredibly helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge and genuine enthusiasm really stood out, and she even took the time to chat to us about roof tents, sharing some brilliant advice and recommendations that have inspired us to look into buying one ourselves.
