Power recliner broken in less than 6 months!
Bought a power recliner sofa less than 6 months ago, now the recliner does not work. No phone line, no answer to chat after over half an hour and auto reply to email advising that they aim to respond within 72 hrs!
VERY poor, looking at returning the entire suite and getting a refund, this is appalling quality and customer service, suggest you buy elsewhere

Terrible Service from Aintree …
Went in on a Wednesday spoke to a young lady think her name was Amelia wanted to buy the Europhia couch but she was rude brass and unhelpful all because she didn’t want to serve someone of my authenticity.
We felt like we were an inconvenience not the customer
We left with no couch
Do not go to the Aintree Store
