Classic, classy, comfortable pj’s
I have bought two pairs of DR men’s pyjamas. The products are excellent - upper end of the price scale but really good quality. Quintessentially British. The staff, both online and in-store, are very welcoming and helpful. I am happy to support this family-run business and I’m thrilled to see more DR stores popping up in London - it’s a great brand and I’m glad this is being recognized.

Brilliant products and excellent customer service!
I placed my first order with Derek Rose to buy a birthday present for my partner. Both the dressing gown and the slippers were lovely but the slippers turned out to be too small. I contacted Derek Rose and got a reply within a couple of hours. Despite the fact that the return period had expired (30 days) it was not a problem to return the slippers for an exchange. It was all dealt with so promptly and efficiently. A courier picked up the slippers on the Friday and I'm now having the new ones delivered today (Wednesday). Excellent and efficient customer service. I can't recommend Derek Rose enough!

Fantastic Customer Service!
Given how expensive Derek Rose products are & their vaunted longevity, when the sleeve of a PJ top wore through after just 2 years of normal use I rang to ask whether this was to be expected?
Customer services were highly responsive & offered to collect the item so that their quality control team could check the integrity of the material.
Ultimately it was determined that the fraying was due to “normal wear & tear” but as a “goodwill gesture” I was sent a complimentary set of new PJs, with the trousers specially altered to fit.
All emails were answered swiftly, accurately & courteously. An extremely impressive experience.

Service that is second to none
I needed a replacement belt for one of the dressing gowns I bought a few years ago which is no longer made. Derek Rose made, for free, a replacement belt in a new fabric that matched the old design and posted it to me in New Zealand. Service like this is never seen today. Absolutely beyond outstanding.

I had a problem using a sale discount code for an item. Beckie in customer service was wonderful. She went above and beyond usual and not only fixed the issue but provided an extra bonus for my problem.
I have great trust now and in the future in ordering on line with Derek Rose.
