Terrible, terrible leads. I wasted over 3k on leads through data lot. Most of the calls i received were people who were called from Datalot and were frustrated and asked me if I know how to 'get these guys to stop calling me'. They didn't even know the call was about health insurance.

with my group of agents, using alternative live lead companies we produced over 3 million last year and with data lot 0 dollars-not ONE sale was qualified or credited from Datalot after spending over 3k.

Do not waste your money here. There are other companies who offer people who are qualified and offer you to return calls or leads if they are not qualified (Datalot claims they do, but they must be severely sick to be accepted)

The caller stated that he has no money and that he was pressured into the call. The Datalot representative stated that the call was 66 seconds long, going 6 seconds over the 60 second thread hold so they would change our agency $15 for the call. I don’t recommend and I will not use again.

Your response is not accurate. When we asked the customer if he was ready for a new policy, he stated that he did not have any money and hung up. In the past we have spent over a thousand dollars trying out your service, unfortunately you have provided us with non-standard customers that are in need of liability only insurance, or shopping for the lowest rate.

Most of the calls include customers that have been cold called by Datalot, and are uncertain why they are on the call to begin with. I have been continually charged for calls that clearly do not qualify for our agency to be charged any amount of money. The reply that you gave to my first response is not entirely truthful, and the sales people from Datalot will tell you what ever it takes to keep you paying. We have canceled the Datalot service with $100+ remaining on the account. Paying a producer $15 per hour to take a $15 call that is of the poorest of quality is a waste of time, money, and resources. I do not recommend Datalot, and will tell you that the service, and customer service is a total waste.

Datalot has been great with helping us meet our year end goals by giving us quality leads during live transfers. My account manager Ihsan is extremely helpful with answering any questions I have and always responds quickly to my emails.

Ihsan is always quick to help us and give us advice on how to maximize our marketing.

Datalot is by far the most reliable source of premium calls that we have found, the dashboard is perfect which adds to their value, as does consistency of the volume and quality. Our point-guy, Michael B., is always available and addresses our needs immediately.

Michael is a very nice guy, and has been very knowledgeable, personable and helpful along the way . Always answers the phone and will go the extra mile for you to get calls. Would recommend for anyone looking for calls for their call center. Datalot is the best company if you want quality clients on the phones at all times.

I have dealt with all the major lead company's in the US by far datalot has the best leads along with great customer service.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I think the income level is to low. If it could be made 35k for individual, 50k for couples and 70k for families it would improve the quality.
The good is Denise Sluman, before she took over my account I never made a profit only broke even. Denise was a turning point for me now I am referring my team and others to Datalot.
I am very happy with my experience this open enrollment and look forward to a long and profitable relationship!

I was skeptical, who wouldn't be? It works great I have already made $2,300 off it with a $400 investment. That was just last week. Don't get me wrong, this isn't for everyone. If your new to sales or you don't know how to present your product or service stop reading this right now and go learn your stuff. Don't put $400 in and think you are going turn that around that day without being good at what you do. Denise is amazing, I had some trouble with my account the first day and the next day and every day since no issues. Give it a shot if you are unconsciously competent. If you are weary then go train some more, when you are ready you will know this is right for you.

The customer service reps and the website have been easy and great to work with. The only negative aspect has been some of the transfers are very limited in information and communication concerning the candidate.

Excellent service, they are always willing to work with you on making necessary adjustment to the account to make sure you get the leads that you have the most chance of closing. I have recommended Datalot to all the agents in my district. Definitely one of the best leads sources out there.

I have used Datalot in the past as a representative, and still use them as the owner of my own agency. We have the highest closing ratio with them above all other lead providers. If you can afford the cost of each lead, you can definitely boost your production using them.

I have used data lot for coming up on a year now and I have had fantastic Results.
