terrible customer service, requested serval times that I to cancel my subscription, but the company keeps trying to charge my credit card, very deceptive practices, customer beware.

Wordstream is a great company that provides individuals great information and many opportunities!!

Brings up only 1 keyword for free keyword research when searching extremrly popular public figures who should turn up multiple queries. Ridiculous.

Another lousy company that promises to hone thing and doesn’t follow through. I was lied to and now stuck in a commitment with them. They have horrible communication and not worth the money. Do not do business with them. You will be throwing your money away.

Terrible company and performance, but great salesman working from day 1 to get that contract signed. He promised the world & underdelivered.
He said we could opt into spending an extra $75 per campaign to cancel at anytime. After 4 unsuccessful campaigns we decided to cancel. Wordstream / LocaliQ did not deliver on what was promised. We had to file a dispute with our credit card company & put a blocker on this company for not receiving the service promised.
Don't walk... RUN from this terrible "fast food" of a marketing company.

Larry Kim and his new scam company Mobile Monkey are at it again. First with Wordstream and now a Chat bot service, Mobile Monkey.

Same deceptive Marketing and advertising. Same SEO to hide the thousands of complaints that are piling up online.

They have been charging my credit card for months. No help from the banks.

The service is a joke.

How can this man keep getting away with scamming millions from small business?

Any investors that choose to work with such a horrible man, should be held accountable.

Recently purchased by another company, this software is moving in a different direction. No communications with reps.

Reading through the other 1 star reviews it’s all been said. This company is non-responsive and deceptive. Their Local IQ service is for PPC ads. Everything you would expect a qualified agency to do they neglect to do. It’s throw your ad up against the wall and if it’s not getting results they do nothing to improve the performance. That’s the entire point of hiring an agency! Anyone can run an ad that fails. Every aspect I experienced with them was like this. Very unprofessional.

After being a customer of wordstream for almost 6 years and paying £220 per month for the entire time paying them £13,200 pounds in fees and being on the "Agency Fixed For Life Offer" there was a period of two years I could not use the software due to other commitments (building a house) but I left the payment going as not to lose my fixed for life deal I was on. I then had an email and calls from them to say they where putting Wordstream to rest and I had to transfer to LocaliQ which was not suitable for my needs and did not have the features I wanted which where in Wordstream. So basically I spent two years paying them over £5000 in fees that was just a complete waste of time as their "Agency Fixed For Life" package was a complete lie.

Very little value in the product and when you want to cancel you will be leaping off a cliff into Hell.

DON'T SIGN UP! They don't have a cancelation option and if you write to them nobody responds. I have been trying to cancel for weeks with no response and now I had to call my credit card to block any future debits. It's incredible that they are allowed not to have a cancelation option, VERY VERY UNETHICAL. Trust me: stay away.

Scam Service! Avoid it!

They have all the sales team serve you 24*7 until you sign the contract. After that get prepared to suffer from the bad service and you could never expect to cancel your subscription before the next billing. I don't know how they pay for the 5 star rating, all I can say, as a real customer of this company, try your best to avoid it.

Don't get roped in to the sales call. This is the biggest scam PPC nonsense out there. They bill bill bill you and don't let you walk away from their overpriced interface. If I could give 0 stars I would. Although my account person was very helpful trying to tie up small businesses when times are tough is despicable.

If I could give no stars I would. The sales call that pulled me in was great, unfortunately, every moment after that was the worst experience I think I have ever had from both a customer service to technical expertise perspective. From launching expensive campaigns without proper initial meetings, or discussions, no phone calls, and a very slow turn around on emails. Finally when I cancelled I am owed a rather sizable refund, and yet to receive that.
Don't walk, run from the company, they are the fast food of crap service all the way around.

Good software but I would not suggest their Plus package. Their consultants are not adding value to the campaigns and they end up asking the same questions to you so you repeat the facts again and again. It took more than a week for their implementation team to make a small change (adding a pixel) so if you are using the software, that is good but think twice for the Plus plan.

This company claims to provide "free" marketing and advertising guidance but it is actually in exchange for your personal information. I went to their website and within 45 seconds received a call from a consultant who told me he could see I was on his site and wanted to know if I needed help. I never knowingly gave them the right to track my computer's IP address or know when I was on their site. When asked to be removed the agent was very rude and told me that was the "consequence" of receiving free information. This simply proves my point that it is not for free. I am so glad I did not let them help me with my company's google ads because they would have had all my information and login information. I do not recommend them especially if you are concerned about your privacy. Once I did not want to work with them, they were rude.

I was talked into using WordStream's services by a slick sales guy. They certainly didn't live up to the hype. The one-on-one support I was supposed to get never materialized, yet I was charged the full price. On the one call I was provided with, there was dog barking in the background throughout (this was pre-COVID).

If you're a start-up like I was trying to make the most of your budget, this is money wasted. Look elsewhere. I exchanged several emails with the company and was offered an extension to the service but no refund. Why would I want to extend the agony of a non-existent service?

If you're researching alternative options, move on.

I've been a customer for about a year. I've never got what was intended from the service unfortunately. Impossible to get a call back, I've called, and chatted over the past 2 months to cancel my service, but no one calls me back. Their next payment will draft again tomorrow. I was supposed to be cancelled a few months ago.

If I could do it again, I'd certainly would've never signed up in the first place.

WordStream has helped me focus on the larger PPC marketing strategies and goals by giving me the tools to deal with day-to-day maintenance. The proposal writing tool has also helped eliminate hours of research and forecasting. Susie Marino has demonstrated excellent knowledge of the program and people skills and I look forward to a long and profitable relationship.
