Katte has been extremely helpful and quickly responds to any questions I have. Other Staff members have been very pleasant as well. However I did not give full stars though because I was not aware when I first signed up that the price of my bid would need to be raised in order to receive a steady number of calls.

Great company to do business with. You have to make sure your filters are what you want and have the ability to stay with the campaign for a minimum of 90 days and you will see results. My customer account rep Clint Morris is always there to help me out when I experience issues and they are great at cost sharing with Allstate.

I have worked with DataLot for years. Their warm transfers have always been consistent and good quality. We purchase a lot of calls daily, volume has never been a problem. Their staff is top notch and always willing to help or make changes to our account.

I've found Datalot to be upfront & fair & honest.

Tried this service for the first time and it was clear the quality of people they sent my way where all high risk - more than half did not meet the filter criteria that was agreed upon - the issue I found was once you have signed up they will through the world at you and then you have to fight with them to get your money back because they sent you bogus prospects. They just proved to me that purchasing leads is doing business with a vendors that scam you with desperate people attempting to find cheap insurance. Besides if folks are shopping on price only - you will loose them next price increase -

Starting using Datalot after a colleague from across the country recommended it. Was skeptical with all the bad services in the past with other vendors. After using this product (very user friendly, can set parameters as you desire, etc.) I will refer their product to everyone and anyone. Highly recommend using the services they provide. Staff is very professional too, a win-win!

In this day and age its rare to find a company like Datalot and its employees who care so much not only about their product but their customers as well. My account rep Micaela is extremely hands on when dealing with my company. She always makes sure that the quality and the price points are making sense. If something needs to be adjusted she drops everything she's doing to make the necessary changes. I'm very pleased overall with Micaela and Datalot and look forward to continuing to do business together!

Much better as of late. Used to have problems getting ahold of our account manager but that seems to be resolved.

Main issue is the inconsistency with returning calls. Seems like they are quick to deny returns without even listening to the situation resulting in us having to send a fair number of returns to arbitration.

No real Leads. Tried to turn it off still sent calls through. Asked for auto only was receiving home leads.

John Ramos is great. He has offered a lot of insight that has helped us grow our business. He also allowed me the flexibility of managing my own account.

Drew Chura from the Datalot staff, has been the most accommodating representative I have ever worked with! He gives great advice, when I have a problem he usually has it fixed right away and constantly exceeds my expectations! I have worked with several other lead generating services, because of Drew, Datalot is the only service I keep on a permanent bases. I've been a sales manager for 15 years and if I could steal Drew, I'd have him working with me, thanks Drew your a real asset to my business!

My experience with Datalot has been a rewarding one. As a new agent I needed help getting before people. I pride myself on sales skills and needed that audience to make the sales happen. Datalot provided that opportunity of getting before the people who were in need of coverage and I was able to closed at least 75 % of my calls. Since my company is a qualifying company the other 25% did not meet qualifications which were out of the scope of their ability to screen. I have enjoyed my relationship with Datalot. They responsive, accessible and prompt in responding to my calls.

Your lead quality is only average at best. Your people are great to work with but I am not getting the return I anticipated.

I highly recommend Datalot if you're looking to grow your book of business! They are great to work with and truly care about your results. At the end of each month my representative goes over my account/portals and gives me recommendations on what is working for me and what is not. Their platform also gives you the freedom to turn your calls on and off at any moment. I have been using Datalot for over a year and have went from taking in 3 calls per day to now over 25!
