Warm transfers are actually prospects wanting and expecting a quote, not confused people that thought they won a Disney cruise.

I had an issue in the past which may have been a result of miscommunication however that has since been resolved. Datalot went way beyond what was expected in order to rectify the situation. Being one of our top 5 lead vendors Datalot was always great to work with but they have officially made themselves number one in our book! I would highly recommend to anyone.

My experience with data lot on a day to day basis is pretty much excellent, i get my credits back in a timely fashion and i can directly contact ihsan and get a response back quickly. You are also able to view how many calls you received and missed, how much money you spent, you can set up your own schedule to fit your office needs. very satisfied!!!!

Rude, deceptive, and dishonest-- terrible customer service to boot

Micaela does not answer phone calls, says she will call, does not follow through, her partner Johnathan is worse than her says he will do something does not do it, I asked them to setup a new campaign for me and its been 2 months with no word.

Secretary is the most offensive, antagonizing, unprofessional person I have had the pleasure of speaking to.

The worst is the supervisor who started out sounding professional and then quickly turned into an ogre of a man, started yelling and screaming how he is understaffed and tried every trick in the book to disregard all of my concerns and told me to shove off, that I am not purchasing their 100/lead like his Allstate customers and told me I was a waste of time.

I tried calling the concerned gentleman messaging below, got a voicemail and did not call back, they also tried to discredit my post by saying it was not a real customer, I will follow this through if I have to fly to Denmark and tell them how bad this company is.

Datalot is as good as calling out of a telephone book. They have commission sales people setting appointments to make a commission and they put anybody they can on the phone with you. You can do better calling straight out of the phone book for free. I’ve been very successful in the sales business for 35 years and I’ve experienced bad leads… This is worse. Don’t use them ... give your money to a charity. Don’t donate to a bad company. Denise Sluman was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.

Excellent! This is by far the best lead service we have used for live transfers. Website is easy to navigate and getting a credit if necessary is easy and painless! The team is friendly, helpful, and understanding. Very happy we have found Datalot - plan to use them a long time and to recommend them to others.

Incredible. Hot leads over the phone, what else could you ask for? If you aren't increasing your business with DataLot you need to work on your closing because it's not a lead issue.

I've been an Insurance Agent/Broker for about 14 years now and I have to say, of all the lead generation companies I've tried over the years, Datalot is by far the absolute best. Rachel Holdman and Ihsan Idrees are my account managers, and let me just say, I love them more than some of my own family. Their service and support is outstanding every time! I never get told I need to talk to another department, they personally handle anything I need. Denise Sluman has always been very helpful and prompt with her responses. Our office has been very satisfied.

Step 1. Simply take your money and place it in a trash can outside of your office. Step 2. Add generous amount of gas. Step 3. Throw match into the trash can. Step 4. Enjoy. The customer service was generally good, however the quality of the leads was terrible. We have had better success using xdates which we have purchased for pennies compared to 30 dollars for DataLot. Many of the leads were not qualified properly and some seemed confused as to why were connected. Long story short, enjoy burning your money.

Ihsan provides great service. We commonly get connected with customers who say that they were told by the agent they were being connected with Progressive or Geico and get confused/upset that they get connected with Farmers and not who they requested. Also have customers tell us that they didn't inquire about getting a quote but had an agent reach out to them. So there are some misleading issues which we end up getting charged for but we hope that this gets cleaned up which would lead to better quality leads and prospects.
