The worst compamy ever. I spent $3000 on an eamil list of 100,000 names and not 1 of them was any good. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMAPNY

We've been working with DataCaptive for a couple of years now and have consistently found their service to be reliable, professional, and trustworthy. The quality of their contact lists is excellent—accurate, well-segmented, and tailored to our clients' needs. I had high hopes to purchase a retailer list from this company. Twice they sent me a list that was direct competitors of mine, and or entries that were not useful at all. In the end, they did reimburse me for some of the money I spent so that makes the rating a neutral. It might be that they are better att finding lists in certain industries.

I shopped around and decided to go with Datacaptive. I am very happy that I did. My list was not too large. I included 800 email addresses along with company name, contacts name, title, address and phone.

My results totally an average of 85% success rate. In checking with average success rates in the industry, this was outstanding.

This was our first list purchase from DataCaptive. The rep we worked with, Rick Lucero, was fantastic. From start to finish he answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made sure the targeting of the list we wanted was spot on. The only reason I did not give DataCaptive a 5-star is because we have not actually done a campaign to the acquired list yet.

Terrible service all around from a completely garbage set of leads that is nothing more than an export from LinkedIn to 0 communications about fixing my issues with the list. $250 wasted. Here is the employees lacking follow up.

July 1 Still no update on anything.
July 1 Email from another BDR about buying more leads.....

I ordered a mailing list database from Datacaptive after looking at three of four suppliers. I was very specific that I needed 'Job Titles' as part of the list - which they reassured me I would have - and even demonstrated to them that I was paying a significant premium for this. The list turned up without titles, and numerous communications. It took a fair bit of time and effort to get a resolution, but in fairness in the end they accepted the problem and we agreed a fair rebate.

Company harasses you and won't remove your name from their list. I have asked to be removed for the past year and they still bother me. I have zero use for these lists.

For the past year I have been receiving emails from this company. After each email I have followed the instructions to be removed from the list. Each month I receive a new email. I finally agreed to a call where I informed them that I only wanted a call to request my name off the list. They promised me that I would be removed. Two week later I got another email.

Despite having initial problems with the data supplied. DataCaptive have now given a full refund as of 9th December 2022.

Purchased a list from DataCaptive to target a specific medical subspecialty. The list was not as robust as they indicated. We used and email scrubber (Kickbox) on the list and it came back with only 20% of the list being deliverable....... Then Kickbox cancelled our subscription due to the high number of problems with the list. DataCaptive has not responded to requests for a discussion and review. I would not use them to purchase a list of their own employees... BUYER BE WARE!!!!

DataCaptive sold us a list of addresses that, as we discovered later, had opted out marketing emails. We had to reset the whole MailChimp account. DataCaptive agreed (in writing) to refund us, not even of the damages, just give the price of the list back, and after a year of reminders they still have to pay their debt and ask for delays. Total disaster.
